but whats the difference between "full on" and "neo full on" ...
so what does "neo" mean ??? it be nice if someone could help me ..thx. tom |

too much same fullon, so to attract people some of it now called neo fullon. hehe 
don't know what is the difference really...

i don´t know the answer, but in my opinion, full on, is this kind of music where is impossible to put more elements, (Loops, riffs etc), and Neo Full On, is the same, but with the new production and tricks.

marketing is the answer and that is a good idea, only to me the prefix neo is always followed in my mind by "nazis" so i dont think the marketing works on me.

as far as i know, 'neo-' means all the fullon stuff of today in case of makin a difference between the fullon psychedelic stuff and goa-trance which was plaid up to 1998 before the big proggy and scando wave swapped around the world and laid down as fullon started to grow again. but i realy also think that different persons/djs use the definition of 'neofullon' in different ways, so all the discussion is nearly ad absurdum.  |

I call it 'diet psytrance'. What's the point of full-on without layers?  of course, I speak only of the cookie-cutter formula garbage, which there is a lot of... naturally there is quality full-on psytrance out there as well.

and yes IMO , Neo-Full on is just another way to call the same thing

i dissagree..i hate the classic full on stuff., actually i can not listen this music over 20 minutes..
neo full on is the development of full on ..its less cheezy ,the basslines are more strong & the feeling is trance
