The release date of digital download version is set to January 10th 2009. At the moment only Glenn Morrison remix of Erosion is already available at Beatport.           Out now:

kinda dissapointment for me, clearly the weakest album from vibrasphere ever
the chillout tracks are nice, but the same like they do it since years
to many rmx's for a album
and the techno aproach they took dosnt fit their deep melodic style i think...

some tracks will do good in dj-sets for shure, but as an album its just not on the level like the last two albums..

This so Union Jack! Awesome! I`m talking about tracks 4-6 here. Really, really cool stuff, rough techno beats and analog melodies, that`s the way to go

Which brings me right to the major problem of this so-called "album". It`s really an inflated EP. Whenever there are new Vibrasphere tracks on here (2,4-7) it is spectacular, the rest is filler. I bought the compact stick, so there`s even more filler. Anyways, I really like Vibrasphere new analogue style, I just wish there was more of it

PS: I bought two compact sticks last week, this and Atmos. For Atmos it was a great choice (6 additional new tracks!), here it was useless. This is not how you make people purchase physical music products, this is the best argument for cherry-picking and downloading. If you really wanna establish a new format, you have to go Spiral Trax way and offer SIGNIFICANT additional content.

Just a short explanation on that - we are not really trying to establish new format here, Compact Stick is mainly a Psyshop project which we are not so much connected with and it's hard to say if there will be more releases from our label available in this format in future.

We have been offered to have the album released this way by Psyshop 2 weeks before the pressing which obviously is not enough time to come up with a couple of brand new tracks or video. All the Vibrasphere stuff that exists was used for it, no more unreleased tunes available unfortunatelly

However, Compact Stick version might be for sure interesting for everyone involved in music production (whether bedroom or pro) as there are proper remix files for a few Vibrasphere tracks.

All individual tracks are great, although the overall feeling as a complete album is not so "complete" , but that doesn't bother me that much actually I just ensueno, analogue marinade, follow me, breathing place! ... all of them actually. Tracks full of emotion, telling different stories & presenting beatiful sounds... just perfect for a day out in the nature (actually i forgot it's winter outside haha) no cheesy clubby vibes, although quite a lot "trendy" elements are employed...but done in unique vibrasphere fashion that's just irresistible to me:)
CS version is flying to me so I can finally hear the full quality tracks in the next days.

Big thanks to Vibrasphere & TVR for this outstanding release.           lost & profound

Decade really feels like paradise presented through sound! Brilliant!
As for the rest of the album, its not nearly as good as old Vibrasphere (Echo Plantation era) .
I like prog and love techno, but this is very "grey area" material and does not hit the spot as far as I am concerned. I was really excited about the Ticon collab, but I was disappointed after listening to Dewdrops.
Some tunes are good for home listening/car driving, especially Ensueno morning mix, but for me, this is not music to play out/dance to.
Solead remix of "102 miles from here" shows the way its done though. That is a choon and a half! Will defo wreck the dancefloor.
