I think you have just proven my point in an excellent way.

You seem to be true to your signature at least, though I must say it's not really fun or interesting conversing with you in this way.

I'm curious, though, what would you like to hear in your line up beside Hallucinogen?           ---------------------------------------------

first, i must agree with you Shahar about one thing, trance ravers are not very open to new expirience.
and that's not a big suprize i gues.
the trance culture is most narrow i culture i know.
by the people you meet around the years as you probably know, everyone you meet is absolutly sure he figured it all out long ago("in the days he was going to parties everyweek while having the israeli trance expirience in full gas stage", every trancer goes that time in his life), and nothing will change that.
is not a bad thing i gues, i think i act the same, you and oran for sure act like that each one in his own way and even Yuli wich is a bit more open-minded use to act in the same pattern about the way we as trance ravers observe this scene.

from looking about this descation from a side, it looks like everyone here is the teacher but no one actually try to listen , just give a smart ass answer back.

wich is the most typical thing i can say about this scene ..
but it's what we like, after all
great way to spend my afternoon with another very good meaningles argument
cheers!

That was a good one, and very correct one.

@ Shahar - Oran is an elite psychedelic trance consumer, therefore in his book there are only 2 or 3 bands that are considered worthy ( the rest is GAY ), as far as I know him he would kill for Sensient.

Kill?i whould even go all the way to the desert to hear him, imagine that..

hehe it seems that yuli knows me pretty well..

Anyway, if you are under the impression that im a big twisted fan then you got me all wrong, but still how many artists that visited us in the lets say last year you can honestly say you wont miss for any price artists that are one of a kind and cant be replaced with anything similar or with other djs/artists from their label..be honest give me names...

Well the only ones that comes to my mind are the ones that played in that party and not realy my taste but also others who played for moksha along the summer..

And thats exactly the reason why much more ppl came to that event..and not the reason you wrote above shahar...           Always agressive never progressive.

sensient-very psychedelic and well structured music
but if you know the first thing about production it kinda bums u out to know almost all of it sampled

anyway..most progressive sound played at parties today is horridly repetitive, formula based, and GAY
(not yuli's stuff though)

uknow.. the tribal vision kind of stuff

and to you oran-i would classify you a "dj fan" seeing as the major factor in your decision whether to attend a certain event or not is clearly the lineup

but some people have different priorities, and may consider attending a festival with no f@$*g clue about the lineup or even trance music in general

cuz it's cool

they can then post a picture in their "mekusharim" profile titled "doof festival balbala bolenat"

other people will then consider them "cool"
while in reality, they are GAY

So you simply close the closet door on me just like that? Dammit no more pillows to bite.

On a more serious note, I agree with all you are saying ori_k, definitely a well put summary of things once again

Ori, I personally can't see a problem with music with many samples. Haven't had a problem with the recent Shpongles and never with the likes of Dj Shadow, Amon Tobin or St. Germain. I personally don't mind the "gay club music" and had a really wicked time with both Zombi's and Ace Ventura's sets at the Maxim yesterday. My only problem is with "gay club music" at Trance parties. And I totally agree with Oran on his points. There's a place for everything but in the right context. And I think the only organisers in Israel that feel the context are Moksha.           Everyone in the world is doing something without me

If next year Moksha will (Beezrat Ha Shem) organise a 3 days event with a few top artists from the past and a few top artists from today with their usual diversity they will bring the same amounts or hopefully more than that.

That’s exactly what Holyrave do at the same time with Moksha and they get what they get… Which “top artist” for 3 days? After Simon and Markus who is interesting left in “traditional” psytrance? Come on, people, let’s be realistic. Psytrance age is over with XX century (and that is article about). But the psychedelic is not, his just moved to the other places           <<< TAKE A LOOK === THE FUTURE IS HERE === >>>

There are plenty!! Asher's festival had only flashing "has beens" and a bunch of contemporary full on artists. Nothing more.
Elad mentioned a few and i'm sure there are many more, but I guess it all boils down to personal taste. And probably a saner location?           Everyone in the world is doing something without me
