01: Attack & Release
02: Burning Illusion
03: Tripmonx
04: Innovato
05: Gates of Dawn
06: Highway 420
07: Acid Maria
08: Maya Deva
09: Generation Gap

it seems than there is no review yet for this brilliant album so i wanted to post something there cause it was a very very big surprise when i listened to it for the first time!

i really like the groovy feeling of this album with some "lounge" sounds.

The sound production is also very amazing, and the album leads us from some proggy rythms to full-on leads but without "screaming" synths, all is very well-composed to give us this beautiful and very funky music.

my favourite are the tracks 2!,6 and 7...but all the others are vey nice too! very good evolution on all the album

good work!! for sure one of the best album of the year for me until now

I totally agree – what a mind-blowing album. 2004 has been a really great year, and already from the first listen this piece was up there with the finest, with its catchy grooves, beautiful uplifting melodies and high level of production.

My favourites are “Burning Illusion” (!!!!!), “Tripmonx”, “Attack And Release” and “Highway 420” (also released on Dilation from Nano Records) but basically all the first 6 tracks are EXCELLENT.

In my opinion this, and the BLT & Danni Makov album, are the best “progressive meets full on” releases yet.

9/10 – a must buy!

good one it's indeed, better get myself a copy

just for the record: it's not progressive meets full on, it's psytrance

Sure it's psytrance, did I say it's not? I just think it contains some of the best elements from both full on and progressive psytrance.

I'm by the way very surprised that this album hasn't received more comments. I really think it's a standout release, and surely one of the best albums this summer.           DJ pr0fane (Iboga Records) | Multiphase

i totally agree with you, pr0fane.

if there would be more releases like this one i would more listen to trance music again. but at the moment there are far more quality chill out and ambient releases imo.

anyway, thanks a lot to dragonfly and vatos locos for giving us this aural pleasure.

I feel like I have been spoiled by great music from excellent artists all year... This is a great release, a great follow up to their previous release. The production is absolutely incredible.... I hope to see them live soon... I was blasting"Innovato" in my room the other night and my friends freaked out!!! Such a cool track.. The whole album has some very beautiful melodies along with tight basslines.. Solid album.           -xo Truffle Radio ox-

I was awaiting someone to give us a review on this album!!

This has to be one of my best albums at the moment, very nice and chill, good to listen at all times, home or party I've heard a few other tracks from the other compilations, so I knew what greatness to expect.

I love all tracks 1 through to 9!! But my bests have to be Innovato and Acid Maria!! Great Tunes!!!

Thanks guys for bringing my attention to this album It had eluded me completely.

It sure is a great piece of music. And I agree with pr0fane, one of the best albums blending full on with prog of this year.

This is a great album indeed,i loved all the tracks especially Gates Of Dawn which is just majestic.

ideal for home listening in the early morning hours.

Celli and the gang did it once again.

9/10 for me just because the cover is awful hehe, fortunately the music inside is amazing in every aspect.

We need more releases like this one.           Toodaloo Motherfuckers!!!!!

After todays listening i fell like i have to change my rating for this album from 9/10 to 10/10.

This has to be the best 'after party' disc ever released in our small scene.

Cant wait for the next chapter in the Vatos Locos history.           Toodaloo Motherfuckers!!!!!

I got my wage and I went to the local recordshop to pick up a few pieces.I started to talk with the clerk u know blah blah and I picked up GOW and the VATOS cd.I went home I put the disc in the cd player and I put it out of the player after 1 month.
100/10 essential buy
the only think that I dislike about the locos is that they sign up to the forum they humiliate the threads!

respect,
