Hey guys after a long brake from making review finally i'm back hope you'll enjoy.
I Hope that I filled your request.
It's her the long awaited new blood VA by timecode familly, a pure south african state of the art, probably the best south african VA out in 2008 in my opinion full of power, full of kicking tracks that will rock the dancefloor non stop massacure.
This was made to make you breath dust, get ready for the long awaited trip we all been waitting for it was worth it

1.Principles Of Flight - Oblivion: Dude what a crazy bass line so phat so deep this is how it should be done.....I understand why Timecode decided to open the VA with this one this track is all about a twillight journey, the bass the tech touches is so powerfull blows you away and at 4:46 POF gives you a feeling that things are starting to calm down but then the real explosion arrives in your face at 5:29 and their you go another lift off. Great work man

2.Artifakt and Lost & Found - Check Mate: As allways Artifakt with their bass playing games, great drums set in the background, crazy sound effects and offcorse no words about the synth work.I really loved the CHECK MATE entry to bad it was allmost at the end of the track I must admit that I didn't really connect to the track until that crazy entry at allmost the end of the track maybe i'm just not use to see this two forces combine but anyways taste is taste i'm shure for others it will be a masterpice.

3.Rubix Qube - Enter the Dojo : Who is behind this project defenetly a promissing act so much power from the second that it begins until the end the track becomes stronger and stronger I really loved the domination off the bassline and the kick and that crazy synth effect running with that deep melodie.
Just perfect to make people dance until they drop.

4.Phyx - Freejack : I didn't really connect to this one it's to fullon for me, this is for people that like their music full of samples drums and a crazy synth running non stop with out of nowhere arrives a melodie in the background.Sorry about my review but totally not my taste my friend

5.Cybernetix - Root Complex : What a beggining it swallows you into this crazy atmosphere with that sound and that twisted vocal in who knows what language, so much energy in this one I just loved all does killer sounds they are made so clean you can fell them in your room and then again that crazy woman vocal arrives and you just know something crazy is about to happen and out of nowhere BOOMMMMMM.
Defenetly one of my favourites on this VA keep dropping more killers like this one.

6.Tryambaka - Evil Mistress : It starts with a gentle bass line and step by step it becomes more powerfull I loved that crazy part with that vocal "Your little creatures are just darlings aren't they" with that melodie out of fairy tale story just crazy. For all you stompers that love tracks telling stories well this is one of them but don't tell it to your kid before he goes to sleep
Anyways I loved the atmosphere you created in this one a perfect creation !!!!!

7.EMP - Attack of the Moose : This is another one with a twillight atmosphere so much power so uplifting crazy entries all way long with crazy synth melodies, maybe it's just me but you can fell the influence of Infected Mushroom on this track, anyways great work.

8.Tickets - Harpsicheek : Very cool beggining nice synth atmospher the track starts gently and continues into a more powerfull bassline with a melodie acommpaning it I was shure that this one will be much more stronger but it's all about an adventure into a calm place it has a part that their is crazy bassline with killer drums but not for to long it return to it's calm atmosphere, anyways cool melodies you can feel the soul of Tickets threw this track.

9.Pitch Hikers - 40 Days : cool bassline playing threw the track I just loved that entry in the beginning starting at 1:20 and blowing you away at 1:36 totally genious, I really enjoyed the break beat with all does sounds, vocal and melodie that is followed by a powerfull bassline that just increases itself untill the end of the track.

My personal favourites are:1,3,5,6,7,8

But if I have to chose one track defenetly it will be - 1.Principles Of Flight - Oblivion you just blew me away man thank you so much!!!!!

best of luck to everyone involved in this VA
and if anyone got ofended nothing personal just a point of view

Fantastic CD, Rubix Cube, EMP, Tryambaka and POF are my favourites - all amazing tracks. The rest is great too - there isn't a bad track on the CD, very rare that I can say that about a psy compilation.

Yeah, the Principles of Flight takes the cake. Anyone who do not know their debut should check it right away. Worth mentioning that their Oblivion track has only 141 bpm, while most others here clock around 145.

The Cybernetix is also interesting, very much in the label's style.

...I don't mind not going to Heaven, as long as they've got Coffee in Hell...

141 seems to be timecode's number . even future cuts started about at 141 with twisted system's 'psychopath'

Expected a steller release from timecode...unfortunately didnt reach to my level of listining. indeed something like furure cuts.. most of the trax were killer in the las year release .. here most of the trax r kinda cheesy.. liked tryambaka, cybernetix and rubix cube. pitch hikers could have done better..expect some thing better nex time.I hope I wont be disappointed by the nex timecode release.          0x00000PSy
