Before starting i would say i won’t go through tracks one by one.
I think it’s also important to precize that this compilation focus on breakbeat,broken beat or even that used to be called bigbeat as a result you can’t expect the usual pure Timecode’s trance sound. So let’s say it’s a selection of the styles mentionned previously but keeping a link with the Timecode trademarks.
My thoughts are honestly that i’m not used to listen to these sounds & that’s not too much my cup of tea.
Nevertheless i must recognize as audacious a psytrance label releasing such a compilation which can represent in a way kinda new ideas-perspectives of melting or evolution for Trance producers.
The track i dig the most here is the one by Humanizer, which is unfortunatly too short, The Electroboii & The MPI Project vs Korrupt too , are quite ok for me but that’s all.
A release dedicated only to open ‘ears musically’ minded people.

Yeah definitely not your typical "psy", but thats probably want they wanted. Not my cuppa tea either!!! In fact I should never have bought this CD. It also seems very harsh to the ears. More industrial than trance Id say. Thought it was 4/4 psy trance when I bought thou so partly my fault...
5/10  in fact unlistenable (for me)

mmm i liked album..it feels very refreshing ...
also i support any kind of experimental work ,so guys congratulations for nicely idea!!
also i found this brake beat rhythm very adorable...
changing some default ,or ppls prospects can be succesful n u certainly made it..

I can say that i proud to see such compilation from fulloners , it shows that me was wrong about many of them ,

I must say I was impressed by this album. A nice break from the usual psy trance I hear.
My fav tracks are:
MPI Project VS Korrupt - Symbiosis
Tone Deaf Junkies - Noxious (!)
Humanizer - Before The Beach (!)(but too short!)
Spindle Sect VS Artifakt - Numnema (Sounds semi-African Dope with an Artifakt twist)
But I enjoyed all the tracks except the first one (I think the original _Zine Family was much better).
Well done to Timecode for trying something different, and for delving into another underground scene instead of a commercial one. |

next cd is a compilation caled "new blood",, its a monster v/a comp featuring the usual timecode massive ,, and fresh killer tracks from some 'new blood' (azax syndrom, digital talk, triskel, tickets, menog, winter demon and more) |

some nice tunes and real yucky ones...
(1)broken toy- is fab..funny quirky and retro
also (5)artifact...great use of vocoder and melody with cool drum loops
(8) elecroboii - nice slow build , lekker sounds...
...still, a good thing that Timecode is doing considering they make fullllonnnnnn!!!!!

hey guys thanx for the feedback on the comp - we will keep them in mind for the next compilation of massive psy breaks -
new blood is coming soon around september 16th and will be massive our strongest full-on comp yet

psychedelic break beats becoming a pretty hot shit lately!
They couldnt break me, but this compilation deserves attention only cause its different and good enough for such experiment!
More then everything i found this CD an excellent dj tool for breaks set!
Recommended!
