Carol,
any idea of how to get from Ituberá to the party? Cause 29 km is a bit far, and i bet the roads are probably not so good! Any chance there might be a party sponsored transport?
Anyone know how many tickets are going to be sold? I hope not too many cause this area is too precious to be destroyed, and no matter how conscious the people are I think too many people might cause some heavy disturbances on the environment! |

I don't know anything about sponsored transportation however, what I know is that from Ituberá city to the party you can either ride the municipal bus, which I've been told run during the morning until late afternoon, or you can take a cab which will take you there for R$ 40 (it's a fixed price) in about 30 to 40 minutes.
About the roads, I've been told that they have recently been paved.

Yeah I went to this party last yr what a party good memories, if I get this job that I want I might just have enough money to go this yr again and that would be a treat

Makis.. i don t think that if you appears on the party without ticket they r going to kick your ass out..
for that matters.. i wouldn t be worry
but a note: it s a very small place with almost nothing.. be sure to bring something from home.. and do not forget sunblock
the thing is... nothing is too serious to be taken too serious ehehe |

Does anyone out there know how far Pratigi beach is from Barra Grande?
Is it better to make a car ride or a boat trip?
How long each one takes? Too many questions, sorry 
Last but not least, is it possible to attend to the party without paying the total ticket price? I was thinking about spend two days only at pratigi coz i'll b at Barra Grande...so...

I know that from Camamu city (where you take the boat to go to Barra Grande) to Ituberá, it takes about 20 to 30 minutes by bus. |

To all of you who are going to Universo@Bahia:
Remember that the guys who are organizing this party have a reputation for not really organize anything right!! Read the posts from the newyears party in Altp P.... that says all!!!
So if you're going there remember to bring:
A lot of drinking water (7 days x 5 liters)
A lot of food... since the food at Universo partys really suck!!! If you can call it food!!!
A portable toilet.... I doubt there will be any tiolets at all there!!
Cans and cans of mosquito repellant!!!
Psychedelic music.... if you can't stand 5 days of progressive.....
As for the venue... How can anyone think of making a party on a untouched Island......
Just think of 1500 people taking a shit in the woods 1 time a day for seven days... that amounts to 10500+ big stinkys... imagine the smell and be carefull of where you step!!
Then theres all the shampoo, toothpaste and all the other shit we use everyday... You will destroy the Island!!!!!
And don't expect to go to the Village for diner etc..... it is a small village with no infrastructure to handle this amount of people, also keep that in mind when traveling too and from the party!! It might take a while for the local fishermen to transport 1500 people in very small boats....
Did the organizers start preparing the party yet??? They have a lot to do... Like if 1500 people goes there and they want the bar to serve that amount of people it is A WHOLE LOT OF LIQUIDS to bring to a small Island..
If people need to drink 5 liters a day(minimum in this heat) that means 7˝ tons without the weight of the cans or bottels... all in all: almost 10 tons..... and don't forget Ice to cool the drinks!!! And the sound system etc. So better get started... It is only six weeks+
To me this party could end up the party from hell.... but at least it won't be muddy!!! LOL
So have a nice party nad take care of nature!!! They tried really hard in Trancendence to keep the impact on the enviroment as low as possible... but people don't give a shit about being asked not to use shampoo etc in the rivers and waterfalls.... so no Trancendence next year!!
Sad??? For us who loved the party, yes!! For
Fazenda Esperanca and the people living there.... It will be a most deserved break!!!
It sucks to wind up with a condom in your hair when taking a shower in the waterfall!!

Well Piranha, it seems u hv a lot of problems with Alok and Swarup. It seems to me thought that u r way off on this one... U should control ur temper and get better informed...
The party will happen in Pratigi beach, continental, in front of boipeba island...
I wonder what motivated such an outburst... Such a vibe killer message in an international forum...
U don´t hv anything to do with the organization of the 'other' festival, do u? Or are u organizing a private on the same date?
Cause for me it seems unreasonable to come trash a party that has every single thing to be awesome.
If not, just take a cold shower m8.
