I'm listening to the new Younger Brother album now... and the more I realize that it is quite amazing! Seeing this kind of stuff in 2008 is like seeing Pink Floyd in 1968 - cutting edge music and a new direction from just trance or rock. |

Damn, that was a great show!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I have seen the Twisted crew a number of times and this was one of the best vibes and audiences I have seen.
There's something about Colorado... with all the beautiful girls and crazy freaks that come out of the woordwork here... and the energy is fresh, psychedelic and alive (not jaded) because most people have never seen this kind of music before.
The first new Shpongle track that Simon played in his DJ set was off the hook - it had Turkish / middle eastern melodies... was one of the dopest and most delicious tracks I have ever heard, anywhere. Just listening to him play that new track on a huge sound system was total bliss... more good vibes and more twisted dancing in 8 minutes than most parties see the whole night.
It was a very special night for me and I am still glowing today. |

Twas a great show. I thought the Shpongle set was by far the best, but seeing Younger Brother live band set was amazing as well. The drummer was insane.
I didn't see any pretty girls though... 
And it was great to hear Posford throw in Gamma Goblins, but I couldn't tell if it was Hallucinogen or Hallucinogen in Dub. |
