Ok then.
There are the Faces Of Death series and the Mondo Cane series which are mostly videos from various countries showing executions,animals slaughter,suicides and stuff like that.Most are real videos but some of them are fake especially in the Faces Of Death Series.Canibbal Ferox from Italy is also a nasty one along with the famous Cannibal Holocaust ofcourse.
On the more "artistic" part there are the two parts of Nekromantik from Germany,difficult to find but worth watching.
Then we got the two parts of Red Room by Daisuke Yamanouchi which are also very rare and ofcourse Ichi The Killer which is a preety good and little bit more commercial film though a lot twisted and disturbing.
Guts Of A Virgin part 1and 2 also Japanese ofcourse hehe.These two are very very extreme by the way.
If thats not enough and you are really sick bastards (like myself) then just try to find some stuff by Fred Vogel which is very close to snuff filming.Toodaloo Motherfuckers!!!!!

In My Skin by Marina de Van. Just watched that one. This is pretty much the most disturbing flick I've ever seen besides Salo. Note, I don't count those innumerous Japanese extreme movies as disturbing movies, as they are not triggering anything in me besides the eeeeek-effect. But this flick touches you on every level possible.

"Cannibal Holocaust"; is the story of somekind of documentarians who journey deep into the amazon jungle to film an indigenous tribe but in their way they become savages and they start to kill the natives and the animals just for make a more "realistic film".... in the "real" movie SIX REAL animals were killed!; A turtle is captured in the water and dragged to shore, where it is then decapitated and its limbs and shell removed, A squirrel monkey has its face cut off with a machete... SICK!!! I just remembered the poor turtle... killing an innocent animal just for make a movie... man

For me Jodorowsky films are surreal and abstract but not twisted or disturbing.

1984 should be disturbing as the book but it fells short.

this has to be the most twisted movie i've ever seen.. it's absolutly fucking crazy.. but it has a really nice plot to it.. the climax of the film of.. who rly are the savages is very nice.. and battle royal was awesomley twisted... as was the shining.
mulholland drive made perfect sense to me after the 2 time.. how the dream reality to the opening of the pandoras box to the real reality ... the way she walks down the hill in the beginning and up the hill towards the end.. i have a huge theory on this movie and it was pretty clear to me... i thought it was a masterpeice... lost highway on the other hand is alot more abstract.. i've seen it alot of times and am still developing what lynch ment with certain things.. non the less its brilliant.
