Accelerator 1.0 is the first part of a new concept series of the French based Turbo Trance Records that will be concluded in five parts.This first part is compiled by L'Elf and Triptych and includes all the major players of the label such as Psypilot and Triptych plus some new additions like those of Protoculture and Tikal.

Review
01)Tikal are for me one of the rising stars of the scene and their album on Neurobiotic Records will be a massive hit for sure.Flowing High is a splendid collaboration between them and Ninja that features a combination of high production quality along with some innovative ideas and fresh sounds.Great psychedelic trance music by any means.Keep up the good work guys.
02)Next we have the melodies master Mr.Talamasca himself.Future Shock is a typical melodic full on orientated tune by this great French artist.Without knowing the artist of this tune you can immediately recognise the unique Talamasca touches in this one by its memorable melodies and backround sound fx.It will blast some dancefloors for sure.
03)I was very impressed by the intro of Organic Synthesis that reminded me some early New Wave tunes.I very much also fancied the deep atmosphere in the 04.00 minute and afterwards.Psypilot has his own style for sure and he has also some great ideas that put him,at least from my side,in the top ten of the most innovative artists in the scene at the moment.This is intelligent music people so lets move a step forward!
04)After his debut album on Nano Records the South African based Protoculture has become one of my favorite artists.Universo Paralello is another dancefloor monster hit inspired by a trip to Brasil.Trippy melodies and sounds throughout the whole track make this one a unique morning experience.Thumbs up!!!
05)Access All Areas by Triptych is a very very well produced track.Detailed to the maximum and with many changes throughout,for sure one of his best tunes so far in terms of production and ideas at least.Powerfull most of the time and funky when needed this one is a real must for everyone.Great piece of work indeed.
06)Turbo Trance continues to impress us with another solid tune by the Brasilian based Skulptor.Amazing tribal sounds on the backround,superb sound fx and great melodies make this tune one of my favorites for this month.Cant wait to hear this guys album that is somewhere lost into my cd pile stock next to me LOL.
07)Next we have a typical energetic israeli tune by Vibe Tribe.Well i found this one preety average compared to the rest of the tunes in this compilation,some nice melodies but nothing more nothing less.I think that the best part of the track is after its 04:30 minute when a killer melody appears from the backround.Half bad half good for me,this one could be much better in my humble opinion and i know that the guys can do it for sure.
08)Elec 3 is a new artist and XXI Century is his debut release,the album will soon follow on Turbo Trance Records.Well this is too good for a debut release and i just cant wait to hear more from this guy,anyone with more info on him?Great rythm and melodies both in a great mystic atmosphere on the backround.Please give me some more of this stuff.
09)Last but not least we confront Triptych's remix to Psypilot's Feel Zero Five tune.This is an amazing remix to a very nice track,great melodies,nice vocal samples and space atmosphere in the backround.By the way i love those high frequency sounds on the backround hehe.Highly recommended to everyone!
Accelerator 1.0 is by far the best release of Turbo Trance Records so far and also the best compilation i have heard during these three first months of 2004,each track is so unique and special indeed.My congratulations to Emmanuel (L'Elf) and Triptych for this massive release and all the best wishes for them and the Turbo Trance Records label and crew.
My favorites are 1(!),2,3,4(!),5,6(!!),8(!),9.

Awesome review Detox, i just ordered this yesterday along with huva network and full on 7. i was waiting for this, trusting that it is good... it seems to be that way from your detailed review!!
anxious to groove french style this month!!! first this then moonkeys, france is my favorite in the past few years.

Great review. Turbo Trance are putting out alot of quality albums and compilations lately. Groovy, trippy, melodic and atmospheric sounds.

this is one of the best compilation from the turbo crew for sure !!!
the cd begins with tikal vs ninja , wich collaboration is much more groovy than the tikal album(that goes too much full on for me) ... the style here is close to bamboo forest' , nice groove, nice synth , great track !
psypilot 's track is amazing !! one of his best tracks for sure ! very intelligent progressive psychedelic trance ! the atmospheres are superb and the track has a totally progressive structure , starting with a down tempo intro and then getting more powerfull while the bassline is evolving 
protoculture is nice, although it's not my favourite from him ... nice synthlines typical from protostyle
then comes triptych "access all areas" , amazing power in this one , combined with great fx and fat sound production !
skulptor made a nice track, a bit less my taste but i really like the synthlines
and the rmx of psypilot by triptych is another jewel !! crystal clear synth , great groove , with a fat kick bass as usual with production
great compilation highly recomanded |

Access all Areas rocks.very well produced,massive hooks.funky ,and one to turn heads everywhere for sure.
personally i think vocal samples like these could be a new style in the scene.
A new style of Psy Trance.

Great compil!
My favorites are Elec 3 - XXI Century, Skulptor - Searching For An Answer and Vibe Tribe - Ecstasy Of Revelation.
Elec 3 was the big surprise here! What a soberb production! Waiting for the album! This track rocks the dancefloor! 
Skulptor - Searching For An Answer is perhaps the best track here, incredible well placed samples! Anyone knows fromwhat movie this sample was taken???
Vibe Tribe - Ecstasy Of Revelation is amazing! I love it! Perfect samples: "Unfortunatly the real psychedelic trip is very often one way..." Oh my God!
Also liked very much the Protoculture and both Triptych tracks, very good productions.
Buy it!

hey there ....To "full on" i think that u are a little confused because the real Xtc of revalations dont have the the sample that u methioned above ....but the one that u did methioned it refers to our old track called Ananda ...
any way this is a great compilation ..worth buyin`

Those samples in Skulptor are from the movie: Cube 2 - Hypercube...!! Great movie by the way and this compilation rocks too!!!

my favs are elec3 - XX1 century [great track! i love the rude melody in the very back. like a funky bass] and protoculture, bangin another awesome morning tune [he's a top for me. love protoculture work. great music]

Elec 3-XXI Century track , its the best one for this great compilation , all tracks r so goos , but always there is one that show u something more.
great work by Elec 3 , hope can listen more sounds by this artist in the next VA.
