Tsuyoshi has been dabbling again in trance lately, along with lots of drum and bass here in Tokyo. Shud be a nice set, altho he doesnt mix like he used to, that guy didnt even have time for a cigarette the way he used to get into his set. Now he just sits back, like a rock star

so.........does anyone want to tell us the story? We are waiting....

HEAVY!!

He got Cream Pied in South Africa a few years back.....our tranceys did not like the apparent "house" he was playing!

HEHEHEH....it was a joke tho....and he was OKish with it.

But to be beat up?

Damn.....i hope it was not trance lovers that kicked his ass.....thats just bad KARMA!!

future funk, i think the opposite... i dont see people here downplaying him at all.. just stating some facts that happend and how unfortunate they are to have happend to him.

im not sure which crowd will go to a trance party on sunday night.. thinking a more japanese crowd then anything else. good luck anyway to jeg.

I rate him one of the best DJ's i have seen. His style is excellent.
But his choice of music ....is not for everyone.

Its hard when you are skilled in a few kinds of genre's.

At least he is pushing the envelope.....

Who beat him up? What happened?

He's a really nice guy, I had dinner with him in DC a while back.

there is a topic about it in the main trance section, i rather people discuss it there as it has nothing to do with his visit to nyc.

surrender is right, we are just adding our opinions, thanks gadi for clarifying things, you are always the voice of reason around here, in my opinion the most fair moderator around, hope all goes well for tsuyoshi at this gig, if you like diffrent electronic music check it out cause it will be good, but if you like psychedelic trance you might not be too happy..big boom gadi from tokyo, hope all is well!!
