Ok for now here is the lineup, when the actual flyer is sent to me I will cut and paste.

You would think that Spiralienz and Midimiliz would be playing in the middle of the night (say starting at 1am), then let Talamasca go into the "sunrise" portion- since he's got a huge library to draw from and could easily go for 4+ hours.
Of course it wouldn't be the first time a promoter has screwed a line-up but putting, say, Eskimo THEN Wizzy Noise. Generally want the more full-on energy later, to milk to it out of the crowd.

depends, there are a few schools of thought regarding this issue... but i agree with your line of thinking. last tsunami show was huxflux then astral... makes sense, i beleive this one will be as u predicted.
