it seems like you need more filler say percussion or whatever just some stuff going on the background your sounds are crazy just fill this up and i also think your bassline should be a bit louder try some fx on the quote try for some more impact its just a bit too blah for me youve got the peoples attention now play with them do something unexpected use your music to take them somwhere think of it this way you are taking people for a drive while your transport has a very smooth ride and goes right to the destination it might not be the most interesting route of getting there good sound just not exciting.......yet.

keep it up

the guitar and the african drums r live...(I)played n recorded.but it feels really nice to have somethin like this up my sleeve..

however theres lots more to learn .

Pros:
1. Great for chillout feel free drinking sessions.
2. Great attempt... potential blaster if filled up more.
3. Good ideas and touches.
4. Great atmosphere. Love the ambience. Takes me back to travel boots and camp fires.

Cons:
1. Kick missing. Very flat energy.
2. Boring loops. Needs something new to happen soon... keep waiting but nothing happens.
3. Needs a better and louder baseline after the first two breaks.

Full on attempt... better than my first track for sure...

Good going rubal... hope to hear a lot more... keep at it.

Soooo u finallly released it ....... awesomee!!!
well like i said b4 i love ur track and ur ideas .... and i thot we agreed that the kick is missin ,a heavier bassline is required ..... which will help tremendously in givein the trak more energy, ya
.... then y the hell did u put this up without workin on it again ...

bud ur music sense is simply superb .... so i expected u 2 release a ntn less than perfect trackk ..

anyways kudos

not a bad first attempt at all.... your ideas are great and your working well with your samples, but what struck me as 'missing' was some synth work. U need more synths in there for sure, with some synth work to give your sounds more depth....

Your sounds are clear but your kick and your bass need to be compressed and eq'd better. For ur kick use like a 1:1 ratio so it stands out over your bass and other sounds.
Also compressing your fx, (using presets as a starting point is fine if you dont know how to do it) is a must but they must be at higher ratio's and lower thresholds.

Dont be afraid to throw 2 or 3 synths ontop of eack other, to get a phatter sound... what works for me in a good track is thick sounding leads that fits over the bassline like a glove...

Anyways these are just some ideas for you, but BOOM with ur first effort and i wish you all the best... pm me when u have sum new music...

Killer, KEEP IT UP

Hey Rubal.. Thanks for informing about your new track. I'm not very technically inclined and don't know much about making music. I just know what sounds good to my ears .. I know it always isnt easy getting your idea's down while making the music thats playing in your head. I'm not convinced that this is how you'd want this track to sound. I'm sure you could work to get a harder bassline (or rather some what that it sounds better)
Hope this helps somehow!
Boom!
PS: Yeah, I would agree .. when your track reaches 6:20 its pretty neat. Sounds still kinda hazy or mayb its my headphones!

Nice track, full of good ideas... Not easy to include 1) tribal with bit of oriental touch in a track and keep it "classy", and 2) all these sounds and keep it harmonius
I agree with the other reviews about working the bass, and bit of surprises although IMHO, if mixed properly, a track could be "a surprise" on its own

(by the way, there is a track from the early 2000 called "crazy ppl" and a vocal goes "this is a place for crazy ppl, but am not crazy"

and thx for sharing and keep it up, big potential... like the message of your track: keep high hopes, no matter what
