my striped socks are fluoro dammit so ha!

My sister's roommates from when she was at UCLA now own a dance studio, and I did some PC repair for them a few months ago, and played some psytrance while working.
One of em came out and was like WHAT IS THIS?! I told her I was sorry and that I would turn it down, and she asked me for a copy.
I ended up making a few mix CDs for them, and they are regularly using Sirius Isness, Astrix, Cosma and a few others for their tap-dancing class.
And they want more... |

For all your info my flag is new Zealand not aussie.
Grog is old school. When I grew up we called beer piss.
Like lets get pissed (means drunk not angry).
So we may come join the fun more out of curiosity and it is right around my favorite time of day.
I presume some kind of liquid refreshments may be provided or is it BYO?

i think his point was more the idea is just really cheesy, not that it doesnt fit inside the standard expected mold.

OK, two real life testimonials:
1. My mom (residing in a strip mall suburb of Chicago) exercizes to a tape I made her before I even got into the really good stuff and before I could beat match. Oh wait, I still can't beat match.
2. Actual quote from co-worker: "do have any more of that type of music like the cd you burned me (Acid Mutants), I started listening to that while I work out and now nothing else does it for me."
I definitely want to partake in the infomercial shoot, but does anyone have any psywear they could lend me? I bought one fleece at Ceiba once, but someone lifted it at an outdoor party. My dark psy pirate wear just doesn't seem appropriate, unless you're looking for some psyfashion diversity for the shoot.
By the way, has anyone seen someone wearing my fleece? |

I'm a fat kid, and the only thing I've wasted money on trying to lose weight is a gym membership. I think people are generally happy with who/what they are. But I can say from experience that it's a lot lonelier if your a bigger person. Even if you're super skinny, you have a better chance of getting laid than a fat person. Most fat people want to lose weight just to impress the person(s) they're attracted to. If someone promises that from a pill or machine or something where you don't have to work, yeah, who wouldn't want that? There's just so little accountability that even people with good ideas that might work get shoved to the side under the heading of "fad diet". I, for one, have lost about 30 lbs. since I started going to parties regularly again. This could work. It may not. It might be individualized results. Who knows. If someone can make some money helping fat people to shed some pounds, more power to them.
btw, the visual of Richard Simmons on shrooms is still making me laugh.

I don't know, if I was in SF, in Summer time I would just love to go to the Panhandle (As beautiful as that area is) and Trancercise for hours with great ppl good vibes... Priceless. If I loose a couple of pounds cool But just the fact that this is happening and that someone is activelly organizing can receive all my support. How Brilliant!!!! I need to get my filming permits inline maybe I could do a trancercise filming @ Miami Beach. Oh yeah! I think I would be the brightest spot on the beach he he. |

"I use to weigh 230lbs at 5'8". Then i started doing TRANCERSIZE in the morning along with CHAIFAST , a chai for breakfast, a chai for lunch then whatever sensible vegan meal for dinner i wanted. After lunch i would do yoga on my official yoga MOEMAT . On days that i felt a bit down or needed some energy i would pop a couple of MDMleAn and be ready to TRANCERSIZE .
This worked well for 2 months, i was down to 190lbs and felt great. For a change of pace though i went to an all vegan diet and used the official D aily M eal T ickets , once all my tickets were used for the day i was done eating.
After only a month of this im down to a healthy 175lbs and have official reached ENLIGHTENMENT .

i just recently (within the past 4 months) started TRANCERSIZING about twice a month if not more and i have started losing weight too. ive lost about 15ish lbs just from the dancing and TRANCERSIZING..
