i've heard that Kox Box record in Dolby 5.1, but afaik that's just a rumor.

Bonji - there are however a number of sound enhancers and even stereo surround amlifiers, I meat, that for example, Harman Kardon has Logic7, that know to spread stereo sound to 5.1 audio system. But the best sound enhancer is mascaline - you never know where it will come from, even that the track is so overplayed and overheard.
