Dear all

Is trance and psy-culture in need of a revolution? Lately i`ve been left with the feeling that we are off-track and maybe in danger of loosing our identity. Bullshit??? Maybe....
But if so what sort of revolution is necessary? A Bloody revolution:)?
Hopefully not, but i would like to see us going in the future as a contra-culture, regaining what made psy-culture (and music) so different and appealing to me...

Keep it psycadelic, Keep it deep, Keep it meaningfull....

i rather have a pacific revolution...something like a month long festival on a really important spot....which we would use to change the world`s conciousness, something like woodstock...but updated to nowadays...

iono, maybe a real time, all over the world big party...at the same time in over 20 countries or something weird like that??

one party in the amazon, willing to stop the tree burning....one party in greenland, willing to bring up the melting issue....one in ground zero? =o

oh....and all televised >=p

anyway...just trippin,...          un-fucking-believable

U compare ground zero with problems like the melting issue und the burned trees????

Man this sucks...09/11 was almost right (violence isn't right at all) things..usa does much more shit worldwide and needs more movement against their actions!

We are psychedelic warriors aren't we? we have to set the example and continue making our culture stronger, if it's getting off-track we should ask ourselves the following questions.

What i'm doing to help to get it on the right track again?

I'm really living to the ideals I hold so dear or I just miss them.

Let's start a war!!! arm yourself with the weapons of love, non-violence, ideas and music.

fist..im not comparing, im putting them side by side as of today`s issues...

second of all, you`re beeing too stupid in my opinion if you`re blaming all the american community for what the current administration is doing outside it`s border (and inside too, the american legislation was so spoiled that the next president will be the strongest president in all history, or something like that).

now, if it was a planned out job from inside the government, or really a hater attack...9/11 is a symbol of our current age, and issues...and if we are to bring conciousness about peace, and not only for America, but to the whole world, that would be the right place to do it...

anyway....just my 100 pesetas =o

Sorry if i offended u, wasn't my intention..
And for sure i did not want to blame the whole american community, so all americans, maybe i expressed myself not in the right way.
But i often hear people say that 9/11 was that bad and so on. In my opinion it is absolutly pushed to be seen as a real catastroph. But if i use a "evilness/badness" scale of 100 points, it gets max 10. points...lot of much worser stuff happened and happens from time to time worldwide - but most cases are not so pushed by the media and can't get the attention they would deserve!

OK, let me make sense of this 9/11 was OK - I mean not really as bad as possible, since the Americans deserve it. Wait, but not American people or society - that would be plain bloodthirsty. Let's think this through - they were the ones attacked. Ohh wait, the American government is a violence pusher, so THEY deserve this. Shit, I guess those 3000 people had it coming now?

Guess what, with your logic, you are a violence pusher and deserve to die in a terror attack - as you're saying 9/11 is not bad. Now either you're a moron (and I assume you aren't), or a hypocrit (all people are to a certain extent, even me). These things are good when they happen to others? Let me rephrase - MURDER is not as bad as other things like trees being burned? Then the line between deserving to die and not is something that you appearantly decide - or already have decided in the past and are pretty sure of it, no?

Let me ask you a different question - do you think that ANY terror attack ANYWHERE can't be justified using some form of logic (specific people are evil, issues need to be brought to debate, society must change, etc), the one which you are using now? You think your entire country can't be nuked, burned to the ground, and not have at least as equal justification as Al Qaeda did? Do YOU deserve to die this way?

Either killing is justified only in self-defense, isn't at all (like in the utopian society we will never live in or see on this planet ever - because people suck), or it's the rule of the strong. The sad truth - any government would be just as bad as the US one given the same resources. They happen to be a major superpower these last 60 years - and basically the only one in the last 15, and as such, people forgot that other superpowers were just as bad - if not worse. Power corrupts, because people are imperfect.

In short: "What has been will be again, what has been done will be done again; there is nothing new under the sun." - Ecclesiastes 1:9

My philosophical two cents: that doesn't make it right, but learning to live with it is very practical.
