What is your connection between the music you hear and the way you live?
If I would listen to house music would it mean that I will live diffrently from the way I'm living now?

it's only music , that's all. very good music....... but only music

i'm not totally sure gilad, i think that especially the intense party goers do have a differant way of life, first (i hope) most of us have earned a little appreciation to nature, and i know i myself didn't use to look at scenery as something pretty, now i really appreciate a nice location, clear sky and a dazzling sunset.
other then that, i try to always throw my garbage where it should be thrown to, the garbage. i've grown much more consciencous as to nature destruction.
and well, two other things almost everyone in the scene do is  and what every scene has, typical clothing, more or less, and talk.
that's what i see on my part

i usually don't litter (even before trance).
i never liked scenery, except at a party
i don't smoke.
my cloths are pretty casual, nothing psychedelic or shanti.
so you see, not a way of life for me.
btw, i don't think that is something related to psytrance. REHAB is for quitters |

IMO you behave the way you do and live the way you do because of outdoor parties, not because of the trance music.
If a underground pop/rap/jazz etc. party was held under the sky, the people that attended those parties regulery will act the same as you regarding to nature, trash etc.
I'm looking for a connection between the MUSIC not the praties. Thats if, theres any connection at all.

usualy i eat at 142 bpm, i sleep with noisey dreams and my legs most stronger in whole my street, its just becoze i jump all day long.. thats how trance music connect to my life..

Hi,
i love trance coz you have no rulez in this music....
you can create every "brain - movie" in your head... you can use all types of sounds.... everything....
trance has a very hypnotisin aura...
i don´t now on how much far away spaces i have been 
trance is the energy that pumps the blood through my vains
yes indeed, it´s a life style....

Trance is not a life style for me, although since i started going to parties and listening it almost exclusivly, my way of thinking changed a bit. I have much more respect towards nature in general and animals in particular than i had.
Trance for me is someplace where i can escape too when i want, everyday or in the weekend in a party. Is an escape route from "real world" for me. Either at home, listening and dreaming, or at an outdoor party, the climax of the trance-loving experience, a place where the rules of everyday society do not apply.
However i do not live as most of the trance freaks like me. I'm a normal guy, i wear normal clothes, i have a normal job and most people don't understand how my favourite type of music can be trance.
But i respect this neo-hippie style of living. I respect and admire. Most of those people are really nice people, but different in every way, so normal society rejects them, or looks at them in a negative way. Most of my friends make fun of those people i talk to so much and so nicely (these neo-hippies i'm talking to, tribalescos in my language, which i think must be over 3/4 of the users of this forum). My family also looks at them as society parasites. This is bad... but remember not everybody understands the spirit
I respect and admire, but the trance lifestyle isn't for me. I guess i was borned and raised to think and live in a different way, and i don't intend to change it.
But as i said, trance is an escape route for me... and something where i can escape to everyday is as important to me as love.

well one point wasn't said here and that is
MUSIC is a way of life
from here u can say that trance/house/mizrahit/classic music/heavy metal ect. are all ways of life!
and i choose the trance way  no doubt
