I think psytrance is not really a sexual music.
Basicelly because, we're going toward a state of trance and trying to reach it and trance might be something collective but at the end a quite personal experience.
Most of the time, people dance alone, lost in their thought.
And that the same thing for psychedelic drugs... You can share a blotter but you can't really share what's happening in your head...
But all and all, doesn't mean there are no pretty nice girls around in parties worth stoping trancing for a while !

it depends on what turns you on also, if you can be turned on by lesbian nazi eskimos doing golden showers on each other while being licked by a dog, then anything is possible.
music can be very sexy, i prefer more chillout then pure trance, but there are good examples of trance that goes with anything like karnaf said.

To address the thread's topic, I think trance goes hand-in-hand with sex. I don't think a trance party is an appropriate medium for enjoying sex to the music though...but I would have no problem DJ'ing a sex party with trance music. Set and setting are relevant in all things...as is keeping things appropriately placed.
