Blowfish - Stoned (Blowfish - Puffed Up, Surreal Audio)
It's the samples and the athmosphere. Especially if you've seen that movie/documentary called Grass. Man those samples are so much out of context

Usually the samples are what make me laugh in a fun track, but I'd say almost the whole Hi-Fi Companions CD keeps me tickled, based on sounds, samples, and melodies
Here are some others I can think of that made me laugh out loud when i first head them and always seem to bring a smile to my face.
Vatos Locos - 'Highway 420' for the Tommy Chong(?) sample
Younger Brother - Magic Monkey juice - for the samples
Blowfish - 'Stoned' (for sure, traveller)
