Is it just me or is there too much brake beat implemented in psytrance, well, full on to be precise?

There are really some artists who know how to make it sound good (like Psysex), and that`s a rareity. Most of the others don`t have the slightest idea how to make it sound good, they are just following the trend, thus making their crapy music sound even crapier.

I hate trends in psytrance... :/           SPQR

Yeah, lets destroy the trends, especially the trend of using samples, hihats, melodies, beats N grooves.

Lets just listen to silence and meditate over the random noises in our heads.

Be happy some artists out there are able to make it work, and for those who cant, well, you never learn if you dont try.

So, instead of putting the music down, give us more examples of those who make it work, so they can become more successfull

I am yet to hear someone making singing in full on sound good, but if thats what they want to do, then let them Perhaps, some day, they will learn how to make it work and I will enjoy it..

It's time to move on to the next step in the psychedelic revolution. We've reached a certain point, but we're not moving any more.

Of course what you meant to say was:

"There aint nowhere near enough breaks in psy. I want more breaky kicks with rising subby bass to drop out of nowhere so I no longer suffer from RSI dancing to the famous 4 booms for 7 days."

It would be sooo good if there was more breaks to mix into psy just for a bit of variaton or another direction to move the crowd into. All I really hear is breaks building back up to that famiuliar climax.

More tracks like Scorb - The Oracle

havent heard the scorb track but i totally agree. I wouldn't mind some ethnic d'n'b a la Talvin Singh at some point either. Keep it fresh!           ~*** You can tell By the way i use my walk, Im a woman's man, No time to Talk***~

Well I guess it would sound nice if they would hire professional singers. Duvdev just can't sing. The singing itself is IMHO not a problem.
