the solution is easy but we need to work together.
if someone can get usta's or any of the other spammer's phone number we could all sms them back and spamm0r their asses back!

well the only way i keep away from spam is never to put my personal email on anything that goes through the internet... and i also never give nor post my cellular phone on anything thats on the internet nor i give it out to party promoters... i keep an email to which i use just to register on forums and stuff like that and thats full of spam but my personal email and phone are perfectly clean... I would guess that they use a software that just picks up all the numbers and emails on many websites probably related with trance.. and they just get peoples emails... theres way to search in google as well to get results with lists of thousands of emails that people posted.. also if you register in webistes they can give away your email or just keep it in an unsecure database in which anyone could see it... just keep your personal email to your family and friends... dont use it for the internet.. thats my suggestion... |

ok i see no one took the glove to explain how it really works so let me clear things up for you:
lets start with sms lists, as you know each and every promoter has his own sms list which he nurtures and collects through the years, during those years he makes collaborations with practically all trance party organisations lists and party goers in usta/krembos case or danko its from more then 10 years of work! that means a whole lot of phone numbers and contacts lists mostly relevant generally to the promotion subject cause between us "tsuoshi" the name on a flyer or messege gives shivers in the spine of anyone who heard him even once thats how he is. so once in 50 spams you get the feeling and sudden will to go and hear him again,(although you generally get disappointed in the end because its not like the old days..) imagine the big promoters send 5000-10000 smss out, even if they caught 10% its already at least 500 people that huge and its their advantage in making those commercial parties we all know are made for money and theres nothing bad in it if you try to be objective.
But this is the main reason that you are getting the sms because it just got there as a swap deal between 2 or more organisations.
and i know lots of people who are not in the forum get those smss and emails although they are no longer going to parties or even listen to trance music.. imagine how much they suffer!
Regarding e mails there are enough softwares to reach any relevant email or ip address needed from any website or forum thus your personal emails are detected and used also gaining forces due to multiple "name sweeps" between orgs.
I'm also being spammed to hell with millions of emails from many places and websites around the world 95% of them have irrelevant information for me or are not written in a language i can understand..
Unfortunately in todays world there is no way to avoid them other than junk filters which is a part of any bit more advanced email software than outlook express (e.g incredimail), and file them along side with the Cialis, amphetamine, viagra, sluts in bekinis, and alsale spam mails and gimel yafit even!
needless to say I also get 10 and more copies of the same party to the same email (and i use 6 different emails!!).
To sum it all up its a desease and theres no cure for it unfortunately
