Have you ever been taken on a journey from a song that you have heard? A story that was told and a story that you became a part of.
for me there are certain tracks that speak to me and that have taken me on these journeys.
i believe the track that has told me one of my favorite stories is from atmos - 'fill the hat'...
when i listen to this track i lose myself....
deep inside, floating on the bass lines while enraptured to the music. Progressing on forward while reminiscing bittersweet moments of the past. Nostalgia has stricken yet the sun comes out. Progressing forward and we march on, remembering the past and looking ahead. tomorrow is a new day....and today i will float on a cloud.
this one of my favorite stories that i heard and the way i interpreted it...
I was wondering if any of you guys have heard a story similar to this that you would like to share? Or a journey that you were taken on from a track that you have heard?

don´t have a particular story, nor a particular song/track..only sometimes listening to certain tracks they carry me away with my thoughts serving as magik carpets..flying away to diferent realities..far far away..just fly, with no destination..or place to arrive..only the journey itself
this "musik", this "sonority" really has someting special.
please let us preserve it

Every single track by Cosma takes me on a journey.
I can not describe the feeling, and i know that Cosma is dead, but i can feel his presence in my journeys. his music is built on stories, and mostly, very sad stories.

this for sure is one of the super delicious,mind bending,sensation evoking,free flowing,with just the right ingridents put up to make da taste-bud lingering recipe, it surely iz one of the most fantastik piece of divine melody.

Guys, I have a question? Are you being taken on these journeys only with certain tracks? and is it happening sometimes only? or you are always there?
I can't really differenciate it based on the track because sometimes with the same track on the same night I can go to different places and feel different things. But i usually see beautiful things

mr. snoopy hello and welcome to isratrance ....to answer your question, of course this just being my view, i suppose it all depends on who you are, (if you have a good imagination or if you are a spiritual person) and in what state of mind you are in. Some people as you probably know a musical track doesn't take them anywhere. No story no journey, just beats and basslines.
But For Me; there are tracks that have a certain sort of mood and atmosphere to it. Depending on how i am feeling maybe a track will take me to a magical ethereal place where everything just looks and feels almost perfect and on another day it will draw me to a distorted deranged place where nothing makes sense and everything i see and feel is hazy (which is not alwayz a bad thing).
