well, with the beginning of the new study year   the technion is again showing us that there's a nice karahana spirit even in this weird place:
23.10 from 19:30 starts the party for the beginning of the year, first will play whoever?!? but then, astrix and cosma!
may it keep trancing here every week!

First of all - it is great to hear Technion Karahana is back. Second, I just came back from Flame party. Cosama gave there a tremendous night set. I think this is his best set ever heared.

well, i hope he'll do it in the technion, though i don't really like cosma's music most of the time (parties i mean).

he also played in avi and zohar's party last friday...
i really enjoyed his set,he played some awsome tunes....no doubt..he is one of the great talents we have here.

But why on Wednesday ?! There is a Trance parties line going on, on Wednesdays, at the Flame club running by DJ Slider. He delivers his work every week with artists and local DJs and helps the scene to be alive in Haifa. If the Technion will do it on the same day, one of them will loose- and then we all loose. People- be aware to this things or the scene will go back nor die- unless, of course, you don't care...

The new place opening is today. They are opening disco pub. However I'm not sure that they are going to stop with Wednesday parties. I will talk to Tzafrir (the owner) tonight, so the answers are coming....
Ok, guys, you can be relaxed, Flame is continuing to host Trance parties on Wednesday. Approved by owner and his wife.

this wednesday at the technion is not a party line, like there was last semester on tuesday nights, this one is the beginning of the semester party.
it's like the student's day party more or less, just a one time thing. which i of course hope will develope to a regular basis thing.
so don't worry about the flame, luna, or whatever there is

i guess alot changed in that institution since i was a student there (12 years ago)
though, i was introduced to some high PH level materials while being there
wow, when i come to think of it' it would b nice to play there live........kinda closing a circle for me, can u engeneer head PM me with details about who is organizing event there at Ulman's?

ozric , u are always welcome ... i think some things has changed for better in the institute , well , u'll see
for the party ... i came just before Cosma showed up .. in general , the place was full packed but it was outside on the grass so u could find your spot ... crowd was mixed as usual , but i have to admit that apart of the regular technion faces and some 'faces' from outside , there were lots of ppl that at least by the way they behaved gave me a feeling that i'm not alone ... i mean , ppl that enjoy trance music i'm just curious if they are students here ... ofcourse , regular buddies were all there as well , Freekazoid gave us a fucking lesson in sticklightjungling , Mikchol with Pal and others
ok , for the music ... first time that i danced for Cosma's set , he opened and closed with great trecks from simplicity , actually gave lots of full on but again , especially the first part of set was pretty danceble . then long awaited Astrix came , gave his usual set , all were dancing all around ... well , some of his tracks just can't be played at night while in the morning the're really bombs .. at about 1:30 ppl started to move out .. and so did i ...
summing up ,it was a nice event , vibe is what important and inspite all the shit around ( it was very expensive , imho , 35 sh for students and 50 for outsiders , i had my personal fucks as well e.t.c ) - there was really nice vibe at some parts of the grass .. and that's WTG
