any1 knows the "Mia Midi V2 24/96 Multitrack Recording System"?
i dont know much about sound cards so a few questions:
will this card b good enough for a decent home studio (mainly for production)?
does it work better with any specific monitors type?
will it provide a decent result with ESI near05 monitors?

Hi there,
I'm thinking of buying two new soundcards for our studio. In the past we used two FireWire interfaces from TerraTec (Phase 88 Rack FireWire) with alot of problems regarding MIDI sync, so we switched to the PCI version.
There are alot of great sounding interfaces out there but I'm afraid of using an external solution again... So can any of you guys recommend an external interface which is definitely working with MIDI sync and two PCs? Otherwise I'll go for a PCI/e modell...

waht you think of the audiofire 4
???
i get one some months ago and im preetty happy
i get it used for a good price
but there is one thing i dont like maybe you know how to fix these
i cant play 2 things at the same time
for example ableton+soundforge ableon+windosmedia player and so on
if someone now if is goign to be always like that or if i have a way to fix i will be really apreciated

hm, i had an audiofire 4, never had this problem actualy..
really good interface for sure..do you use the actual Echo driver?

no, thats the one, should do the trick..contact echo support for your problem, maybe your device has a failure or smth..

Its a big difference from 349 Euro and the Aio for 539 Euro. Now what makes the Aio worth the extra ~200?
