you are absolutely right, ParticleMatters
that what you are talking about is Stem Mastering. This way the engineer receives separate bounced parts of the mix, mainly group busses, fx busses, this way he has more control of the mix, and can do more adjustments regarding volume, dynamics, mixing or stereo information.
to your t-racks question: none of them. since t-racks3 is "modular" and all the components are available as a single vst, pick that plug, who suits the best in your situation. from my experience, the classic clipper, the opto-comp and the vintage-670 comp are the most pleasant sounding plugs there.

I've been mastering for about ten years, three years professionally. I've recently mastered releases for Dakini Records (the Drumspyder and new Makyo albums), Danny Hyde (Coil) etc.
I'd be happy to master a track for free for any IsraTrance member, or answer any questions people might have. Lots more info on my website link in my profile.
Best wishes,
Gregg

3 days ago i tried Waves Maserati GRP on channel bus in my newest track, just for test. I am put preset "Techno Mstr' and... this small toy make full mastering for me I know, that it may be only one case where this plugin works well (track sound very good on mixing stage) but first time i am 100% satisfied of my 'premastering' without any knob tweaking

Oart without GRP is normalised to get similar volume, originally it's 6dB quieter.
Now you can say that its just my imagination that GRP does a good job
thanx man!

In case anyone is interested, I have mastering slots free right now so I'm looking for interesting projects to work on. If you have a live set or a release coming up, or if you want to give your tracks a professional shine before you send them to a label, drop me an email. For labels I can offer a full post-production service for CD or digital releases, including manufacturer liason and delivery in any format. I'm happy to do testers if you want to hear the difference I can make to your music.
It drives me insane, i got no clue how i can ever achieve something that sounds like this.
Anyone got a clue how this kind of sound can be achieved ?
Thanks guys
what do you mean?

It sounds like the whole track has some phasing effect, but still clear as hell. The bass seems distorted, but also very clear.
The whole track sounds awesome on my headphones like its some special kind of mastering/EQ process that is used, thought someone might know how to achieve something similar.
Sorry for not being very clear at first, it is hard to describe, but all those noise poison tracks got some special shape to them... i dont know if it is the mastering or whatever. Also incredible stereo width and atmospheric feeling on the track.
