Not so bad ^^

There's a lack of punch anyway. Try sidechain comp (with make-up gain)...
But it sounds interesting imo

Hi all

If anyone needs afew tips for creating bass with vb1 etc or how to make good basslines from scratch with a basic synth, buy this tutorial from cosmosis. Comes with video tutorials and pdf's plus Kontakt patches and zebra cm presets. I got a copy and went over it on the weekend very good stuff.

I think this would answer a heap of questions on how to make basslines.leaving you with the goal of making something stylized for your own tracks awesome stuff.

oh shit. come on guys, if you like cosmosis buy his albums. if you want to make a good bassline just take a nice synth (ie. vanguard or albino), tweak, listen, tweak, little eq, maybe some distortion. it's really easy...
if you want to sound like 3000 full on producers before then buy a receip or whats even easier, just buy some bassline samples

I agree that is easy and something already overused, but it's always good, in my opinion, to read something from someone that is around in the specific field for such long time! I've read cosmosis' tutorials and although 90% is already covered by this topic, I found the rest very informative! Now, one might ask himself, if that 10% is worth 55 euro... I think it does...
