Thanks Hugaw, I have read the entire thread, I read through parts and get too much. There are so many different opinions. What do I listen to? (That's a rhetorical question BTW.)
Do have any music I can Check out ?
Hey, I'm open to 2nd opinions from others. I know for a fact there is more people that DL the sample. So chip in if you like.

i think both are good alternatives for the steinberg envelop shaper in cubase 4. they`re not the optimum solution, but they are givin the final "running" for any bass.
i dont have cb4, until i have it, i searched for a good alternative and used any of this shapers out there.... this 2 are the best... |

If you dont use the same plugs in same order, it wont work.
try the offbeat tout presets. Its my favorite one. This Baseline is also compatible as an 1/16 Line, as you can hear it on the end of the demo.
And please try to create your own, change it a bit ;-). I wouldnt like to have the same baseline as any other one ;-) But do what you like... |

Wow
I've been creating basslines for years with my plugs (Albino, Vanguard...) and some synths like virus Ti or Nord. BUT, i just put my hands on Trilogy, and it is absolutely AWESOME. Imo it is the best bass plugin. Just choose a SH101 saw, TB303 saw or Juno saw and you are ready to go. Tweak the envelopes properly and you have THE fullon bassline.

alien303 is too muddy in a busy mix, whilst it can do best stuff in more minimal structures
