In SA the people are real fussy and oldish music (about 2 weeks after its release) cannot be played at a party, unless they are sure that the peeps dont know where its from.

I found that once coming to the UK, the choice of music is pretty timeless.....I heard tracks from 1997 trough to 2000. Brand new tracks just released were played and tracks that I've never heard before and only got hold of months down. It makes from one fantastic party           :: Life can be as bitter as dragon tears
But whether dragon tears are bitter or sweet
depends entirely on how each man perceives the taste ::

Less charitable people may suggest that, because the standard of DJing in psy trance is not that good, DJs have to rely on other things to standout - hence the obsession with unreleased tracks... wheras no one is going to question Dave Clarke's ability so he can play whatever he wants!

A good track is a good track and even more so if the time is right to play it...
