All of us here at this forum have somethings common, one is that we all eat everyday. The world of flavor and taste is big and unexplored for many of us, why not share some knowledge of how to get some good stuff on your plate.

Feel free to share recipes of all kind or just general tips and ideas about mixing and processing nutrition.

Easy classic.Hard to not get it right. Very fresh and well tasting.I think the sallad gets more meaty if not using to much green salad. And also it can be good to be cautious with the red onions and the rose peppar.

---------------------------------------

Another nice thing i ate recenly, is that i first fry some chopped up chicken bites in butter or olive oil, then when i have been frying them for a while i put in some green peas and then i add some garlic, chili and pesto. Some salt and peppar should be there to.

I like to eat this with rice, usually Basmati or Jasmine rice.

we eat all right, but how many of us cook or care to prepare food ? i sure dont..only sometimes.
With the indian food i eat.. the bloody spices call for no questions because usually there are more then 5 different ones.

This i have been eating for 2 days now. Its nice to make it all in a big bowl and then you can eat it for say at least 1-2 days. I "created" it myself and i think it taste really good and its healthy to.Recomended.

Its a bulgur salad with chicken.

First get a big and clean bowl.

You boil up some bulgur , you can take couscous instead if you want.

Then you have the bulgur in the bowl.

You add some slices of tomatoes, the cherry tomotes works really good.

Then you get some slices of
cucumber , red onion ( usual one works to ) , some slices of bell pepper and some chopped avocado.

You mix all this togheter with the bulgur in the bowl.

Then you add some salt, olive oil and feta cheese. You know the cheese that you have in greek salad.

Some "salad spice " is also nice to have in. I have a spice bottle which got just that name, im sure they are common .

Then you fry some chicken bits and pour it into the sallad. You can also have the oil that you fried the chicken in into the salad for a bit of more taste.

This is very good.

I like to sometimes have some fried halloumi slices with this and some good bread . Works fine.

ohh, i almost forgot, its nice to have some leafes of mangold salad in the bowl to but its not a must.

1 1/3 cups flour, 3 tb of ev olive oil, 3 teasp fast rising yeast powder, 3/4 teaspoon sugar, 3/4 teaspoon salt, about 2/3 cup very warm water...

Mix above ingredients, set aside and let rise

5 whole canned tomatoes and some of the juice (do not used diced canned tomatoes ), 4 cloves garlic, ev olive oil, heat olive oil in saucepan, add chopped garlic, fry until lightly brown, add tomatoes, make small, add salt, cook sauce slowly until reduced to a paste, set aside. Roll out dough very thin, place into baking pan, pour sauce on top of dough, spread out evenly, ( make sure to fold the edges of the dough over), sprinkle generously with oregano (fresh is better but you'll have to use more, make sure to cut finely before sprinkling on top) add a generous amount of fresh mozzarella, add some olives, add whatever else you like On top of your pizza, seafood, veggies, salami... Preheat oven to maximum heat, place pizza on middle rack and bake for 10 minutes or so, until edges of dough begin to be black, take out of oven and let rest for 2-3 minutes, cut up into pieces and enjoy.           Upavas - Here And Now (Sangoma Rec.) new EP out Oct.29th, get it here:

Don't add too much stuff on top and make sure to avoid pizza getting too wet, it'll make it soggy instead of crisp...           Upavas - Here And Now (Sangoma Rec.) new EP out Oct.29th, get it here:

chocholate cake fat data style..

4 eggs
half cube of butter
1 soup spoon of baking powder
1 tea spoon of vannila extract
2+ tea cups of sugar
4 tea cups of flower
1 tea cup of milk
cocoa powder to taste..

preparation.

melt the butter in the microwave
and take a big bowl

throw tha melted butter in the bowl and add the sugar and mix until the ratio between the sugar and the butter is properly into a nice combo.
bring the eggs to the game and mix some more.. now it should be a nice balance between being watery and thick.
slowly add the flower as you mix the track.. the threshold here is not to make the daw to thick.(-4cups of flower a 2/1 ration of flower and sugar with fast attack stir and a 2 minute long release to settle i dont use an electronic mixer.. i prefer the old analog approach of the wooden spoon for my mix)
add the baking powder and mix some more.
add the vanilla extract.

now the track should be tasty and good... now add the cocoa powder.
if you want it the track to be chillout/ambient style do not add cocoa.
for a progressive feel add just a little bit cocoa to get tha redish colour on your mix.
for a more fullon effect add more cocoa.
for that 200bpm dark shit go nuts with the cocoa.

if the thing gets to compressed and looses dynamics add some milk to soften the overall volume.

mastering time.

preheat the oven at 170bpm
take your form and butter the interior.
than springle the interior with some flower.
throw your mix in let it set for a couple of minutes and than get it in the oven for that proffesional mastering qualities for as long as it takes.

after about 45minutes poke it with a stick/knife and if no saw is stuck on it should be ready for the dancefloors!

the result should look like this..

if not...

if you want that awesome super punchy and sticky mix add some melted chocolate on top.

enjoy..
