recently i found out a very nice ambient-oriented russian project named Sleepy Town Manufacture.
try to check it out you won't be dissapointed, i think.
furthermore, there is Free Q. Sense project - imo, very promising young chillout musicians.

Yes. Sleepy Town Mfc written very amazing music.
I think they are used many half-ambient elements in
these tracks and they are good sound engineers
and sound free'q'sequense designers.

i know Free Q Sense for couple of years already
this is still one of my fav. chill acts.
Also heard some very old Makumashi things
and some other very promising guys who will soon rock your body with incredible music! can't tell name, but soon;)

Old Makumashi is brave heroes who reincarnated to Zvuki Belovodya. I know Giv. Now he is working in
biggest game developer-company as mr. composer
and sound designer. Sometimes he is written new slow ambient stuff and I hope on our cooperation
to writen for some chill tracks in near future.
