for the electronic psyheads over here:
http://ehasting.u40.infinology.com/prosect/downloads/The_Chemical_Brothers_-_Galvanize_(ICO_Remix).mp3

original can be found on their new album "Push The Button", the remix is a massive psybreak tune. it was my pleasure to make a remix to one of my favourite acts.

hope you enjoy it as i do!

excellent production my friend. you can feel that the remix is holding you on the edge with that tribal psy drums. I didn't hear the original, and I'm suprised to hear a rap there, which is not so good.           "a new art came into my mind which only you can create, the Art of Noises, the logical consequence of your marvelous innovations." hayez > the rap is the only thing that came from the original i guess. sorry but we talk here about electronic music, psybreaks with vocals in this case chemical brothers rox.

darkiller > sorry its not another fullon track, go read books kid.

Seriously nice track! Love that kick! The percussion is also quite... quite... quite... Quite good!

I am in to most of the synths.

All in all... Good job!

after listening to the original I value your remix even more. chemical bros rox, no doubt about it, but not on that track. I didn't mean that rap + psy is bad, I meant that their rap sounds bad. but what the hell, they can do anything they want, they don't have to prove anything now.

Gambi, thanks for your comments, doing my best!
Hayez, haha, thank you, yes that track is weak,
but i found few good tunes on their new album.
ah this were the days - exit planet dust, dig your own hole... the brothers gonna work it out

Amazing work Prosect! Great production on that one and I agree with Hayez the tribal drums make the track. Nice to hear something different for a change. "sorry its not another fullon track, go read books kid." LOL           http://soundcloud.com/chemical-reaction

awesome mix man ... treading on new ground too: psyrap! killer stuff...

was a bit dissapointed that u didnt use the arabic samples from the original though... loved the fusion element of that.

the chemical brothers are the original gurus ... 'exit planet dust' openened my door to electronic music and later psy ... i owe them a lot!! i had even formed a tribute DJ/band with my buddy in the 9th grade! lol .. those were the days.

btw... one of my CB favs is "the sunshine underground" off the surrender album ... track has amazing remix potential <hint hint hint> ...

thanks again fellas,

va¤n, well in the beginning i used them but then moved them out, they didn't go with the idea of the track.

i must agree, chemical brothers rocked and will rock, they also got some kind of psy element in their songs.

haha about the sunshine, indeed, but sorry i don't do unofficial cuted remixes (well maybe when i will became skazi i will do ), if cb will send me the files so... this one was an official contest entry so i got the samples from them, lets wait and see (about 1170 entries), i never win in those, they will choose some pop thingy
