Nolightatend, well everyone is entitled to their oppinion and i respects yours. But i got to ask, how can you disagree with everything i wrote?
Can you elaborate your point please. Dont get my wrong im not trying to be a jerk and just push. Im just interesting in your thoughts...

becuase i found it very hard to fraze my self in english about how to dscribe tracks and their structure i wont but this is who i thinks it is

well reading all 3 pages , i would really like to write all my thoughts and feelings , but i think it would just be pointless.
i quite agree with my friend kaz , tech trance has never been such a huge attraction .
but i think this is not the issue here really , music is so wide and artists try to be unique with the art they make (as i would really like to believe ) , the thing is that tech trance should NOT be catogrized , that's the only bad thing that happened to it .
ppl should focus on the arts instead of cash talk .
and i would like to state my respects to all those hard working labels/dj's/artists who still pursuit their vision and message and keep doing the good work.
just enjoy the music , it will do the rest .
i wont trash other genres here , but i will add this :
Quality lasts , all the rest just come and go.
think of it.
p.s. - as u can already see 2005 had brought u a nice doze of quality releases , support the artists & lables ! buy the music u love , attend the shows .

Good one Sophicos, however we still need lables on things, just to keep us aware of what is there and what is familiar to you. And then it is up to the individual to break his boundries and try on different things from different genres.
It's pretty har coming into to a records store and ask for the latest genre you want if there is no labels. it's not like you can humm the tracks you want or start beatboxing the kind of rythm you want, allthough it would be pretty funny to see...
Oki, psy^soldier, you got a point there.
The only thing i wrote this topic was because i was wondering if there is any growing scene any where for this type of music.
And i must say i also agree with you all that the techtrance is a very rough atyle that is not for everybody and that is what makes it not so popular.
And Omri, YES that will be a good comp.!

I can assure you that the Authentik track on the upcomming JESTER records compilation will be 100% unreleased material, followd by another piece of work from the same french duo, only under there alter ego, "Three Point Turn".. This musical delight will also be 100% unreleased and we don't plan on releasing either of them anywhere else but on the compilation..
As for the initial question posted by Dopamin, i would definatly have to say Germany in general, for i have heard that anything with techno influence's catch the people's ears down there.. Also, Japan is turning into a very large suporter of the techtrance scene, along with Spain, Toronto, Montreal, Russia and im sure im forgetting a couple.
on a side note, too bad we haven't any news from Source Unknown..

Well first off, the danish Tech Trance scene is more or less non-existing. IMO, with this explosion in full on, tons and tons of shit music is being produced and released, this meaning ( for me at least ) that the parties are getting worse, quality of the music at parties is getting worse, and the dj'ing standard is dropping rapidly.
But generally the quality of the tech releases is quite high, and this is sorta depressing for me and my fellow tech listeners, because, you end up going to shit party after shit party, and that is starting to turn tech people ( at least the ones i know of ) away from the entire danish trance community, and this way more and more people are leaving a scene with great potential because of the extreme narrowmindedness going on... I for example have more or less turned entirely into drum'n'bass, i still listen to and love tech trance, trying to produce some trax and overall enjoy it.. But ive more or less given up hope for a danish tech trance scene.. AND ITS A FUKKIN PITY!!!!
It seems to me that canada, germany and japan are the places to be..
FYI: Midi miliz is apparently coming to Copenhagen soon, and ive havnt been this excited about a trance party in copenhagen since....... ever i think...
I dont wanna flame other genres, i just think its a shame and complete full on overkill whats going on this days, and its suffocating the scene / scenes...
