I need some help here, if possible. We will arrive in Krabi airport on December 31 at night (this hurts) and I would like to know which is the easiest way to get to Ao Nang? Taxis are out, because it will cost a lot of baths. And is there anyone already in Ao Nang, I need some help with a confirmation at a local hotel. Staff there cannot confirm my room reservation via phone. Need some friend to go there and say, yes, they will arrive as they said. eh eh.
Any of you guys familiar with this sort of problem in Thai?
And take care you hard guys, I have heard that this warning is serious. Thai gov`t is taking this seriously. Any other info, take a look at the Lonely Planet book on Thai. They warn the same thing that the festival crew is warning.

Take a taxi from the airport the cost is only 500 baht per car and drivetime 30 minutes.About hotel just tell me the name of it and your name as well so I can go and check |

Anyone knows what's up with the festival ? it's not canceled or anything like that ?
there's rains in all southern Thailand, and serious floods in southern regions close to the border with Malasya, also I know this is the weather forecast of at least another week...
if anyone can give some info it would be really good, since i'm in Thailand at the moment. also if there's are Israelis in Thailand who's planning to arrive the festival, contact me. |

I'm here at Ao Nang at the moment, just came back to the town to buy some stuff and shit for the camp, since we are living in the camping area since yesterday, the weather in Krabi's really wonderful, the sun is shinning (weather is sweet yeah, really makes me wanne move my dancing feet) !!
party people who're thinking to come, would get a beautiful spot in nature, with really cool people and nice deco, this sure's gonne be one hell of an event !
think no more, just come  |

A big thank you to all the ones who have been here and contributed in any way to the great atmosphere of love n dance.
We have received a lot of positive feedback so far and are very happy that after last years devastating catastrophy, we all together were able to manifest such positive energy.
We are very pleased to announce that there was no serious incident or accident and we all could enjoy the three days in peace and unity.
A big thank you goes out to all the ones who helped to keep the place clean and give it back to nature as we received it.
After unexpected high additional expenses we could not exactly cover the cost of this years event.
However, for the love of the cause we are most enthusiastic and happy to announce that there will be another Greenspiritfestival on New Year 2007 !!!
We look forward meeting you again for another killer session on the dancefloor and relaxing days in nature.
In the meantime we wish you all the best, where ever you are and go.
