YAAA!!! This party was killer!!!!!!
The party wasnt too crowded and there werent too many commercial party people.
Well the I missed the first part of the party but i got there in time to check out, both tegma dj`s.
So it was nicely built up first by both tegma`s(omar and jason) a nice proggresive, minimal set. They both had some nice tracks. Jason played a couple tribal tracks which was nice. Then came some Local group called Mataly. They were a wierd group, playing live. There music quality was not so good, and they did not fit into the parties atmosphere, to me it seemed like they ruined the good atmosphere that the tegma` s had built.
Well after Mataly was Hujaboy`s dj set. Which was very KILLER!! I remeber the first track which was very good?(Nir, what is the first track you put in?) well Hujaboy brought back the atmosphere and he was getting the crowd going with some killer techno tunes, he played a few close to full on tracks but still stayed close to the techno taste.
After Hujaboy was TEGMA "LIVE". I was very suprised by their set. It started off with a funky, housy type of track, which really suprised me. They caught the crowds attention and gradually built up the housy feeling into a trancy feeling. They played Charus(malmo rmx), Werewolf, and the killer X-calibur. These were the only tracks that i could tell, but they played many new tracks too. They brought the crowd to its peak with X-calibur with people shouting and cheering, it was a very nice set by the Tegma team. I think the got the crowds ass moving!!!
next was Hujaboy live, He started the his live set off with his dark touch, bringing it into his techno side playing tracks like, the day, shaba rain and nemisis. He also was killing the crowd with the killer techno touch, he played some new tracks i think which had a sound close to those of authentik and delta. which was also good to hear. The crowd was going all over the floor, bouncing all around to the heavy bass lines and sounds. My friends were getting killed by his sounds too.
After that came a dj called papuna, who at first was playing some good techno tunes but later was playing full on type of music which made me tired and forced me to chill out.
Over all i am very happy i had picked this party out of the other two(sorry Mr.Hanky, SonKite) this party had a good crowd, and some killer music. It was good to hear new stuff from both Tegma and Hujaboy. I am sure they had fun.
Good talking to you guys Tegma(omar and Jason) and Hujaboy(nir) at the party. Hope you guys enjoy the rest of your stay in Japan!!! Otukaresama!!!
