Hope it works out OK and he's acquitted.
It usually takes 6 months before a trial is even started, and they can go on for another 6 months, so even if he's found not guilty he's likely to spend the best part of a year in jail.
Did the org not baksheesh anyone? If not I guess no-one will trust them ever again. |

oh and by the way... i think its gonna take light years... cause as far as i know.. proccedings for the PUNR PARTY BUST...which happened in 2006 have only just started!!! all the best shay... hope your embassy can pull some strings

agree wid u goaboy..instead of dealing wid the main problem..they are puttin all their super brain in framing innocent ppl to "D" Mafia connection!!.
.but fuk its sad tht even though i wanna talk or do so much abt dis scene im jus a small voice which the bigger no.(society) dosent care a dam abt..
perhaps if we have some celebrities advertising for psy we might get bigger then bollywood

The list is huge. The only other thing this huge is the degree of retardation in the indian police mentality.
The fact that they do not prioritize their efforts towards genuine problems hurting society but they'd rather bust a harmless party.
This kind of incident just exhibits what kind of sell out souls these cops are ..... running after unarmed kids instead of armed terrorists. The reason:- just because they can and for them its the easiest way to get those 2 minutes on air with the hopelessly narrow minded indian media.
Its supposed to a free country with freedom of speech/expression.
Why is the media so screwed up,blowing every party bust way out of proportion to lure and fool uninformed masses that its only about D's.
Its become a deadly vicious cycle.Patil & the indian media need a lesson on ethics and morals.
I signed the petition hope technodrome comes out safe....

i really hope and pray that he will be released soon ....
and very sad to see the indian media take oppurtunity of such situations
and
shame on the indian police for not being able to solve the countlesss number of other criminal cases instead goin behind a bunch of helpless kids ...

this forum is no use in getting him out of jail- everyone only voices their concern bt nothing concrete is coming out of that! its been weeks n he is still in .
an appeal can be filed to shift the case to a higher court- maybe the orgs can try this ?
indias a place where money talks- contacts talk.
im sure someone within the bombay scene knows some politician or someone who can manage to pull some strings higher up and get the poor chap out.
after all - isnt corruption rampant in here?
ps: indian jails are by far not the nicest. i can only shudder to think wat mr. shai must be going through all this while .for sure he is never coming back here !

sad impression sent out man real sad Mr P needs to get his act 2gether but then narcs on party bustin sprees r like maneaters.. 1ce they get an idea of free publicity n under the table money why would they give up?? rather lucrative for them huh.. sides speakin from experience i can say our police force is chiefly made up of uneducated thugs whose idea of investigation consists of trying to beat a confession out of the nearest person regardless of guilt or innocence... they have zilch detection skills perpetually shoot arrows in th dark n rely profoundly on a network of stool pigeons(khabris) to actually make any kind of headway at all.. cases like these are blown way out of proportion bcoz these are easy to handle n requires very little actual 'police work'.. u have a number of suspects in a given location all u have to do is pick them up n make a hue n cry about it n tell the world "see we're doing our jobs hey"... sad state of affairs for a country harping on about being a so called superpower th internal mechanism has failed the citizens completely...

ofcourse,. who else do u think wil commit the crimes... innocent common ppl???... no way... its always the police and authorities mingled with politicians and rowdies and mafia... they are all in it together... and to cover their fuckin rotten ass they try n do all these stunts of bustin a party n catchin kids... do a background check on all the politicians in india,. MOST of them are criminals with many criminal records on their heads,. and the cops,. fuckin they commit crime every fuckin day... so whats the status currently , any of his family or friends come down from isr to try help him yet ? why cant he make bail , they take his passport but he can roam free in india at least .. and what exactly are the charges ?
