there are so many analog synth factories popping up like mushrooms after the rain these days
synthesizers.com seems to be a quality competitor for doepfer. it seems they build moogish looking modular analog synths.
i'd never heard about the company until i watched the electric independence documentary about holy ghost and they had a cool looking modular which caught my attention (and yours too if you've watched it).

Then main drawback is that its not a Eurorack format, so you're stuck with their modules (and I think MOTM), which are rather nice sounding, but more expensive than building a Eurorack modular.

peace out.

yep agree that a drawback ,ppl say they sound quiet good and it s not super expensive, havent cheked the sound yet.. euro rack is rocking though i think i would go for euro if i make a modular maybe during this year if i can ..
for the oldschool moog sound mos lab is one of the closest, it rocks too but more expensive and own format

Outolintu dunno if you have seen this thread you might find it intresting http://forum.isratrance.com/modular-synths/
