I thought this album describes exactly what soumisound is all about
Faerie Dragon Records - No Tone Unstirred

Never knew Astroschnautzer - The Debut could be labelled under this genre... I would just call it Fresh Full On...

and Sattel Battle - Sounds Cool just really Funky Psy

Confussssinn...

No great genius has ever existed without some touch of madness...

true, most songs sound more like the songs on sattel battle - sounds cool or sienis - from a nutter's perspective (a kind of funky full-on). I like that sound too though (and you can fit it in a suomi set, done it before with succes)... And you can't deny that the crazy duck track is extremely good.

Yeah i agree with you. Im really enjoying music by artists who are creating this new kind of full - on.There is a definite element of funk in this style , which is why im more drawn to it than your normal full on. Slightly underplayed and using a variety of quirky sounds and samples, especially sienis. Hoping to hear more albums in the same style from sienis.

If you like this style FREGLE , you would love this album http://saikosounds.com/english/display_release.asp?id=7017

Listening to this makes me feel like its all coming together. (prog , oldskool , suomi and goa)           missing plug-in

really started loving these suomi sounds lately....

they definetely have nothing to do with full on i think....the key i think is that they left the formulaic approach and "improvise" like jazz.....very varied tracks, unexpected, ever changing and especially more psychedelic!!!.....music to play with...fun...

i think we will have a big surprises in boom with suomi sounds.....setting the trend for morning music...

keep the good reviews coming....

guess you didn't know suomisaundi is older as full on....

the newer artists idd tend to be a little more full-on-like.....but it's definitaly not full on,if i would make this kind of music i would be offended
