Sunexplosion is the biggest and first Italian dance festival on the beach.
As for this year, there will also be internationaly famous artists that will play on the various stages, with various styles.
Around this, the festival will offer an exhibition of Contemporary Art, performances, little market with tipical local products, video projections, laser show, prevention stands, drink and food areas, etc.
The city that hosts the festival is Fossacesia, very well know city of the Chieti area, recently elected as “Blue Banner of Europe”, coming out from the hills and falling to the sea. The coast at this place is full of coves and bays, with beaches made of little stones and sand, and at a short distance of the famous Trabocchi, with its caracteristic structures and sails.
The historic centre of Fossacesia – in the middle age called Fossam Cecam – was surrounded by a wall, from which remains only few ruins. And the city belonged to the benedictin Monastery of San Giovanni in Venere.
Sunexplosion is the festival made for those who love music and want to remain in contact with the nature. This second edition, is ready to welcome people from all around the world.
Sunexplosion this year coincides with the Full Moon…
The meeting is for the 19th, 20th, 21st, and 22nd of August 2005 |
