Summer Festivals?

Can someone help me sort out the dates, location, etc for the various festivals that are happening in around the world this summer? Or is it too early to ask?
I am thinking of the big ones mostly: Boom!, VooV, XPO, Sola Luna, Fuzzion (USA), anything I missed?
I am trying to start planning my summer a little bit ahead of time (makes booking planes, hotels a lot cheaper). Thankz

Yes I know I can probably find all this info on the net. But what fun would that be? I want to hear from my mates here what are thier plans, how is it possible to go to 2-3 festivals while I am in Europe. Tips, etc...

if you're going to festivals in Europe, sleep in campings and save some money for other stuff .
i personally have no idea where i'll be i only know i'll be around in several places  so this thread help me too

wanna make a dream summer or summer of dreams ??
go to lovefield festival that take place in north german at 18-21.07 and then after week at 28-1.07-08 have anice VooV Expirience and then check Camp Elecrtic at Dannemark that so close to north german and then chill at Amsterdam.
exept the lovefield it was my last summer... well, it was blast !!
tips - no tips !! just GROOVE !!

i'll start with bulgarian first but if my pocket allows me - i'll learn one more language , one like portuguesian(spelling??) ... although i'm still very concerned about my poor memory  ... but in case my situation gets really bad i heard about very good rehabilitation centers in Amstaredam  |

I would recommend you guys checked XPO festival in Bulgaria....looks like a kick-ass one, featuring shahar himself, plus all those label parties i would kill  to see....
too bad i ain`t got the money and the time.

OK guys and Gals, Festival Report:
July: Lovefield (DE, Third weekend)
Voov (DE, Last weekend)
August: Xpo (Bulgaria, Second Week)
Voama (GR, Third weekend)
Soamothraki (Ex Solaluna, GR Fourth Weekend - Fullmoon)
Boom (PT, Fourth Weekend - Fullmoon)
Those are the Biggies. Also quite alot of weekend open airs in DE all over July and August. Duration wise Xpo is the longest, The oldest one is the Voov. Boom is the 4th time and Samothraki 2nd. lineups are various and interesting. there will be loads of fun.
I will be DJing and hosting the Xpo and we will have a full Isratrance label party there with Loads of Surprises. and a Special Isratrance Meeting will be organised with Isratrance Forum Tshirts for all who came (I got Isratranced at the Xpo) ;-)

Thank you very much guys, I knew Isratrance wouldn't disappoint me.
Can I get a little bit more info about the Lovefield festival? Is there a lineup already? Also, Where in Germany is the Voov? I have a friend with an apartment in Munich, is this going to help me out?
Also if I may add the Fuzzion Festival in San Fran- Third week of August and of course Burning Man!- August 26- September 2.
Zombi and Borris- you guys are kings.
So I am going to www.expedia.com to look for flights from Chicago to Europe in the middle of July and back in the middle end of August. This is going to be a great summer. |
