till 2012 we mmay even develop into 220. who knows. now not ready yet. but dont forget that dark psy is very appealing to the youngest people. it must have a reason. they are more on the latest wave. who knows what will happen. well anyway definitely it is a lovely style. with bitching and batching or not. but even bitching is better on dark psy. well i dont know, but if you are not a fan of over sweeted plurry sex with the biggest love of your heart, then you can definitely find something very inspiring in calling it dark.
well anyway, the point is that psychedelic has always been dark. really. we just did not call it like that. and even the most ancient roots are in fact o the dark side. they went into their tribal initiations and experienced the DEATH of an ego. all the most ancient cultures on earth have this, without exception. you see the fucking point. they did not experience the one and only unity of all being, they experienced first their own death. the dark side.

( ah its not that. i have to have an explanation why dark is my psychedelic religion so that i am left alone to breathe in freedom as a religious demented deranged fanatic.
one of the things that i hate most in life, is to break my trance at parties with people asking me if i enjoy the vibes or whatever with this attitute that they mostly have that trance is a social platform to see others on drugs and not a platform where you just fucking go to trip (with or without trips). i should write it on my t-shirt what is dark for me so that they fucking leave me "trip" and be fanatically religious about it.
and if someone else sees it like that doesnt even slightly interest me, i just wanna have my religoius experience. my joourney to the DARK SIDE. and if they see nothing behind trancing their asses on drugs and shouting how dark it is, then it is the way it is, i just dont see them in my trance...they have their fashion, their thing, whatever. and i just have my god, the frequence.

My view of so call dark trance:
Awesome illusion for wannabe artists to become an "artists". What You need to make dark "music"?
Computer with software and knowledge to press "power" button.
I mean, what You will put between two kicks on the 160 bpm range? Nothing but the noise and with that cover all trash that You put in there. Production is equal to zero. Sorry, there is no production here. Just say: "God bless drugs cause there is a ppl who listen that crap.
With all do respect for project that many ppl call dark like Penta, Yab Yam, Psykovski, Ocelot, Para Halu, Ram, Ajja, Parasense, etc etc etc, and its not dark its just high quality production psychedelic. And that is BIG difference!!!
However You can call some style what ever You want, just have a quality production. I'm afraid to even image how its sound on big sound system.
Dark trance.... and the less is what they have in name is trance. |

personaly dont like it, and i really dont care...call it like ever you want
but its trance muzik and i give respect, absolutely!
what i dont like in this subgenre are bloody killa covers and disgusting track names which are absolutely not connected with trance culture at all!

There is nothing dark about him. He is the GOD of light. Symbolized by the never ending pillar of light that left Vishnu and Bhrama baffled as it had no start or no end.

for me any form of initiation is going to the dark side.
btw i really enjoyed a party that we made at the world psychedelic forum in Basel with Ocelot and Kulu and others. It was on the tibetan book of Dead, with the three levels of LIght, Darkness and then the last re entry phase of eery day phase, and i really paid attention to the second dark phase in the visuals too - they had to be scary cause this is the meaning of all! To go through a scary phase and be frightened. To go through a dark side. And if you ever had lost your ego at least temporary, then you know why. Cause it hurts to lose your ego. The pleasure comes after that, but while experiencing this death of ego, it really really hurts and can be really scary to lose ground. You are so boring really, every post today with your theories:))))). Are you always trying to be the biggest thing in this forum:))))))

For ignorant people like you, you'll just look at the images and take it for what it SEEMS...Kali appears frightening, a symbol of death, war goddesss etc. But this is just the physical aspect, she is the MOTHER, and is shown in a frightening aspect as she is meant to devour all the negativity in us. Kali is not the dark side dumbo. She's a warrior who fights agasnst the Dark side. I pity your inability to grasp the esoteric concepts of such symbolism. As the Lord of Dance, Nataraja, Shiva performs the tandava, the dance in which the universe is created, maintained, and resolved...what's so dark about this?? OH I GET IT... you like to look at is as dark so as to give meaning to your self involved existance and to give meaning to your hippee crap. Music is music, religion is often misinterpreted as you are doing right now.
