hey psylovers! i'm going to ask you some silly questions, hope you'll answer. my first year in this world is ending and i'm thinking about doing something more than just being a "raver". i've tryed to understand how to compose tracks but i ended up having to much shit on my pc without understanding nothing. so, what i'm asking you experts is a list of programs/softwares/plugins(free!)..just the basics that i need to make some decent music. something to start with. like a short and simple guide(not too much stuff). sorry but i'm not that much an internet/computer freak so until now i've, well, fucked it up! just wan't to make a fast pumpy groovy bassline.

hi man im Koozer mox 16 year old psytrance producer..i started with psytrance at the age of 13.a good friend of mine showed me this track "Talamasca - Aries" wich i found really awesome i had a great feeling with it..months ago i started to listen and listen..then at the age of 14 downloaded "FL Studio 7 DEMO" only a demo i couldnt save anything what i made (crappy beats) then another good friend sent me the real deal..the true FLstudio 7 and started to save my stuff.. (im currentrly using FL studio 8) i dont know how to use any other software..i have Cubase SX 3 wich im gonna learn soon.i found Fruity Loops (FLstudio) very intelligent software i think u can get fastly familiarized with it  and youtube are lots of tutorials about psytrance on FL..about plugins to start i recomend VanguardFX or PoiZone.. hope this helped Cheers!

there are tons of free softs at the kvr...but
what are MUST HAVE FREE SOFTS that you cant live with?

Try the FL Studio or Ableton Live demo if you want to get right into things. |

hey there all cool, and all free bare one- but it will be soon... Try the synth Pandimonium - fuk me mate its FM madness, best freeware drummachines on the net, there all good all of them
