well perhaps if you took off the "Fin's music suxxx" gogglez & actually LISTENED to the tracks, you would find some seriously amazing flow in the 2 tracks I mentioned as favourites above.

"2 2 Tango" is a totally funk fueled epic groover of a track that doesn't even start to punch until the zappy acid line begins to rip at your brain 2 minutes from the end (it's like a 10 minute track). This doesn't mean there's nothing going on the rest of the track, there is, it's called building. Now while this might not be the sort of build most psytrance fans are familiar with, in other words, it lasts more than 16 bars, it is, nevertheless, an albeit subtle & extremely drawn out, build.

"Pure Caffeine" for me, works in a similar way.. it all just sorta cruises along in a groovey sorta manner for quite a while, but then all of a sudden there's this monster bassline & you realise that you're totally sucked in.

You say you're not into Finnish music, so maybe that's why you don't see that this IS deep for music from Funland!!! This applies to your comments about production. To me, all full on music sounds pretty similar, but some sparkles with production. Same with prog. Same with Suomi sounds. In fact, the same with every fucking genre of music that exists!! The trick is finding the good stuff in each of them & my friend, if you can't hear that this is it, try again. If that fails, try it on psychedelics           new Hadal Drop album on the way

HandA you are totaly right in every word...and listen to his older album Jungle Boogie Party Line so you would understand how disappointing that one compare to it...no crazyness...though i havn't heard the bonus tracks neither...but but an album doesn't worth buying cause of some bonus tracks.

And Pure Caffein which is the best track there in my opinion been released 6 months before at Antiscarp.

yes, the last album was better than the tracks on this CD, but the last album was fucking KICK ARSE!!! Very hard to top an album like that!!

also, Antiscarp released a *remix* of "Pure Caffeine", not the version on this CD (I've been told the version they released as an MP3 [!] was a breakbeat remix)           new Hadal Drop album on the way

I like the 2 previous albums better..

but this one is decent as well. Pure Caffeine is a brilliant track, and there are 3 or 4 other kick-ass tracks on here, which is more than you can say about most other albums released these days.
          ..it's just another party..

Do you really think I would write a review here if I had not listened to the music?

Now since I have been a "member" of the psychedelic/Goa scene for many many years both as a listener but also as an artist I think I have the credability and ears to have an opinion about music no matter if I like it or not. It's called a review and wouldn't it be very sad if only positive rosey red reviews were done?

As I mentioned it's my personal opinion so live with it
And no thanks. I have done my fair share of psychedelics. I don't think I need to do any drugs to have an opinion or to fall into line with the rest of you so I can be a "good" boy and like what you like.

It's amazing how much one single negative review can stir up the sea here.

And to the mods. Dont blame me for the offtopic posts here. I did not start them. I just answer them back. I think it's my right to answer people back when they ask me questions. So please do not send me more messages telling me to stop posting off topic posts. Tell that to those who start it.

Sam the last album was PURE finnish madness...just like it needs to be...and maybe HandA is not so in the finnish style but i'm defenatly into it and i don't know if i can call this album suomi...sure it has the elements but its different and not in the good way in my opinion...and for someone here that said the album is very fast - NOT!!!...only 3 tracks above 142 bpm...most of the album isn't flowing...boring tracks.

And Dimitry...i don't care about new music...most of the things i buy are old stuff...you are right there is no good releases this days...but so what? i should buy an album i don't like just cause there is no other good album to buy? and who fucking cares about the bonus tracks...if the album tracks were good maybe i would consider it...but it aint...so why sould i pay 20 euro for 3 fucking tracks?           "My single one to cross the ways that have heart, any way that has heart. Hey there suomi guy! I completely agree! This doesn't really sound like traditional suomi trance to me! That's why I like it!!! I think it's great to hear an act breaking the mold I think this release is much better than Wave Soup by the way

You misunderstand me. You can hear the music without listening to it

I don't have any problems with the fact that you dislike the CD (in fact I've caned a few CDs in a lot more detail than you have recently), I just completely disagree with you reasons for not liking it. I don't give a fuck how long you've been a '"member" of the psychedelic/Goa scene' - why do you even bring this up? I suggest you get your hand off your member & address the topic at hand. I repeat me quote...

no attack on your credibility in there that I can see. You yourself say you're not into this style of music. If you don't listen to much of it, how would you know what is deep from what is not? Of course it's not going to be as deep as Shiva Chandra or something, because that's not the style of this music! But compared to other suomi music, I completely disagree with your statement that this is not deep.

Again with this sort of comment. What makes you think I give a shit whether you like what I like??? The fact of the matter is, this music is made to be heard under the influence of psychedelics. You don't need to do them to have an opinion about it, but if you did maybe your opinion would be different!!

Sam your ranting off again.. I dont bother to answer you all over again basically saying the same thing. Alll I am going to say to you is that you should try to accept that I do not like the CD. You wont convert me dude. And last. If you do not give a shit about what i think then why do you even bother to write what you write? Ergo you DO give a shit

whatever mate..

I think you give yourself too much credit but anyway...

if you can't see the difference between me disagreeing with you & trying to convert you that's not my problem

I could just as easily ask you why you keep replying to *my* posts! The answer - we're both argumentative fucks!!!           new Hadal Drop album on the way
