How come a proper invoice needs to be sent by post ? Email should work just fine mate, I doubt anyway you're paying any tax on this  + you're not been charged VAT.
In regards to Digital Sales as far as I know it should be a 50-50 split between the label and the artist and of course the label should inform it's artists of these releases and show sales numbers..

hello Buju
you are correct , i'm not paying V.A.T on non israeli artist . but i do pay income tax (IRS). in israel that can come up to 50% of your incomes , what can we do , even our own govrement fukk us .
but , if i present IRS ,origanly signed Invoice , then i get refund .
about the digital sales . all the artist get 50% , for sure . but mate , the shop only working few days , give us some time to make some sales , as you know its not easy , with all the illegal downloads .
