not so seriously : We can have pressure sensors in the ground (the dancefloor). Thus, the dancing of the crowd will be converted in electricity  (They do something similar with the pressure of the water in a sea).
more seriously : The bio diesel solution seems nice if "they" (the goverments and the 'oil-holders') let it grow and have a place on the market.

It won't happen, thou we should try to make party without electricity once! Live intruments, tarabukas, sitars, guitars, drummer. Could be very nice and probably more musical. As for sound sytem we can use accoustic rooms, like theater or opera places have. As far as i know Shpongle pretty close to do it live (live instruments). |

Surely we could burn down the trees? That is bound to convert energy to a more usable form 
If that doesn't work out I'd go for point singularities. It can also be used as a garbage disposal as the party is over. You need someone quite fit to carry it away thou
BTW they just started a solar power plant in California that is converting more energy than all the other solar plants in the US together.. or then they'll about to start it.. can't quite remember what it said in the article "The dinosaurs became extinct because they didn't have a space program."

Anyways there's plenty of clean energy to convert to a more usable form on this planet. Solar (sun), wind, wave (cover parts of oceans), water (rivers) and last but not least fusion nuclear reactors. They already started to build the first one ever to France..

I think you miss the point of discussion, we not speak about alternative sources of power which are already known and used for many years. We speak about gasoline for engine of generators we use to power up party. I'm not sure we will see solar storage devices for near future, and wind is a waste of time, it can power up small house and since climat contidions change every year soon it won't be usefull at all. |

I live infront of a small marina and I see all the time this lil windmills and sollar power devices. They look like they power some kind of capacitor.... I guess we will celebrate the capacitors are finally charged he he... I can see ppl calling everyweek... "Is the Capacitor charged?" |
