all i know is this guy handed me a mix cd at the end of the night, and it was an EXACT CARBON COPY of the set he "played" on saturday. i will let you draw your own conclusions...

And what conclusion is that? If you're really trying to call me a fake here, please try harder.
There's nothing fake about my spinning, as you can well see on the video above (link).

If that was the case, I would've simply played the CD I gave you.
That CD was my work, that I just wanted to share with everyone who enjoyed my set, I thought
it would be a modest gesture from my end to give a sample of what I do, to great pro's in the psy-trance scene like you
and I really didn't think much of it, especially that I would receive such comments from a big name like yours.
Everyone out there, including yourself, saw me mixing, your own conclusions are unfortunate and sadly mistaken.

Don't worry about that Rafael, we have seen you playing before and we know that your work is legit and sick...It was a great time.

Also like to congratulate Eg~Bot for another sick sick set, also Fractal Phono, maannnn...it was the first time I saw him playing, that set was an awesome way to start rocking the night out.

I would also like to thank all the Psyforia crew for the hospitality and a great party, and the chill sounds in the afternoon by the Charles river enjoying the beautiful day...It was good seeing you guys again.

Thanks to all the DJ's who came out and played for us in Boston. I can honestly say that I loved every set I had the opportunity to hear. I've come to expect great sets from Eg~Bot, Karmakanik, and Tony Unorthodox, and they delivered. I'd never heard Fractal Phono before, and his DJ set was a killer. It really had the perfect energy to start building towards the ripping nighttime full-on to come later. I unfortunately missed Mathwin's set, but all reports say that it was bomb. Rafael Zanetti's closing set was wonderful. He's got this high energy sound that's very uplifting without being cheesy. I liked the overall flow of the full-on sets; in the middle of the evening, Eg-bot came with this killer stuff that was, to my ears, very much on the darker side, and then at the end of the night Rafael put a smile on everyone's face with some very bright, hard hitting tracks. Good times, hopefully we can do this kind of thing again next summer.

wow, thank you sonic beating for such a delightful afternoon and evening of music, dance, sunshine, beers, hooping, food and laughter. Outdoor day parties rock!!! Awesome location right next to the Charles River and bike path. It was funny watching the bicyclists and joggers do double-takes at the party as they rode the trail. Deco and sound were top notch as is to be expected from this crew. It was also cool that there were so many hula hoops that anybody could just pick one up whenever they wanted. Personal highlights: hooping for hours and the DJ set from Fractal Phabulous.

my apologies to Rafael, i was out of line when i made that comment.

i must give credit where credit is due, he had the crowd going crazy, lots of energy, and i was definitely impressed

tony has really refined his style and mixing over the past year into a potent power-packed progressive electro house hybrid. great set, really complimented the vibe perfectly

and senor phono, damn bro, you killed it! way to kick it up a notch

egbot i've come to expect nothing less but the best from, and he did not disappoint. mathwin's set i missed most of, but it sounded pretty rockin from what i heard.

and i can't say enough nice things about the Sonic Beating crew, you guys really pulled out all the stops and it showed. this was my 3rd time playing in boston, and i think it's safe to say this was the best psyforia yet!!! congrats and hope to see more events like this in the future

melanie and i have over 400 pix to go through, we'll be posting the highlights to our flickr page very soon

Thanks Sonic Beating for a great party! It was nice to get to dance and hoop to some tunes by the river during the day. It was a nice flow of musical styles throughout the day.

The Boston crew sure knows how to throw a party, as well as decorate. I love the fabric piece down by the river, and of course Dave and Marria's man and tree sculptures!

You guys rock! Hope to dance with you again soon
