i remember all the names you mentioned.. i used to love interactive-who is elvis.. they had another good track.. i can't really remember the name.. and the puta madre track was great :) and also datura.. ahh the days.. :) i think i have some of these tracks on old cassets.. i have to check it.. it'll b so funny listening to it now.. :)) |

hanky man , it's seems like we used to hear the same tunes...
U96 ,SL2 ,DATURA , T99 all of them was my favorite at that time
i liked listening also to the prodigy (b 4 they got commercial) ,thier first album is a masterpiece imo.
b.t.w anyone knows some stuff of a group called :
the green man ?
the label is XL( who had & still have some intersting stuff)

Ramirez unknown?! He was considered the acid king at the time =)
Baraonda was pretty insane at the time (still is).
Moratto and Rizzati continued doing a lot of work in the rave scene, but eventually, all of them just dissapeared (even though the world owes them a lot of rave classics, but then again, no one hears rave nowadays... *sigh* nostalgia)
Of course, at the time, Datura (in their days BEFORE El-Sueno) were probably my favorite act. Jam&Spoon were also pretty cool.
Come to think of it, I have to hear Datura - Eternity now. |

i wanted to ask you guys- i remember datura had one big hit, huge, a track that was played non-stop for years, and i can't remember it's name :( does any of you remember?
btw- i don't mean "eternity" (which is amazing) nor "el suen" (which was a bit cheesy but still nice)
btw2- mascalita, usura-open your mind was great indeed! :) i even remember the clip... :) |
