I want to go to this sooo bad. Is it wrong to drag your wife to a party after she just got off a 12 hour flight? Maybe she will be jet lagged and won't be able to sleep anyway!!!
Someone has got to through a party in the S. LA / Long Beach / Orange County area. I know you San Dogs would appreciate it.
Elephants are cool, but wooden ones are heavy. |

what an amazing location.
all those falling stars,and floating with the clouds in the day............wow,thanks to King records for having us out there....the vibe was warm,and the music was nice from start to finish.

Guys, seriously, if you are ever even thinking of doing a party here again let me know with as much advance knowledge as possible. I can think of only one or two other "dream" locations in all of Santa Barbara county that I'd rather have a party at, and none of them are as easily accessible as the castle there.
Anyway, that's a 5 hour drive for me, and if I'm all the way in SB I'm obligated to visit family and friends as well, etc, so I'll need to make a whole weekend of it.
But I love that spot. And there's no trouble partying there? I guess it's far enough off the road that no music would be audible, but all the cars parked would make it obvious there's a party going on. I guess they probably don't bother to patrol East Camino Cielo all that regularly. I just figured they would send at least a sherriff by once overnight. Apparently not!

This place sounds really good.
Possible nother location for outdoor parties?
The ranch is Heavan on earth but I wouldnt mind going to some other spots as well.
edit : btw how many people were at this?

thanks to everyone for their help and good energy, the party could not have been better in my opinion!!! the locale, of course is amazing, the lineup was perfect, cool ppl, no rangers at all! i think we had over 200 ppl there! we even met some cool hikers who wandered onto the party and loved it.
we did run out of gas for the generator at about 8 AM (underground party huh?), but a kind soul drove down the mountain and hooked us up. the music was back by 10 AM and we stayed until 5:30 PM, and partied in the clouds. amazing!
@ Jeto, cosmic cave is Raul from brazil who is a DJ and a producer (King Records). he's good!!
thanks again to everyone who pitched in, the DJs, Conor, the brazilian crew, and everyone else. I will post pics as soon as i get some.
