this band is simply amazing.
I've never been to Perth but it seems like they manage to catch the atmosphere and solitude/remoteness of that place

Amazing indeed.

By the way, it's just one man behind this project - Drew Sullivan, a Washington based producer and musician. The label is based in Perth.

Cheers !

Glad to hear that

Well, since you bumped it up, I'll take the chance and tell you all that this year, his debut album 'The Sound Of Lights When Dim', was reprinted together with his two other albums that preceded 'Under The Sodium Lights', so I bought the debut as well. 'The Sound Of Lights When Dim' is different in vibe and feel from 'Under The Sodium Lights', but is just as beautiful and pretty much in the same style and sound. It's enchanting from start to finish.

Soulful, radiant, dreamy, cinematic ambient-gaze.

Just sit back, relax, and let this delicate yet powerful and evocative music to unfold slowly and take you over. .

This dude is so talented, please throw some money at him or something!            - The yeti loves to drink shnaps too, so he's like a real shaman... he, uhm, uh, if you want to contact him, you have to put some alcoholic offerings in front of the forest.
