Hello people, its morning and i havent fallen asleep yet.... I´m having serious sleepingproblems... And sleeping pills just make me a sleeptalker with psychodreams about nutty people running around with spaghetti as underwear... This is a sad but true story people, i´m not inzane just allergic to the substances in the pills...... :)
Can someone tip me about an nice album or compilation thats easy to fall asleep when u listen to it. Cuz i realy need to sleep..... And i dont wanna meet the spaghettipeople again.....

I'd go with Mozart, but if you insist on something else, try old compilations by Astralwerks (the label), like The 3rd Dimension (which has a really abstract and non-percussive sound). Aphex Twin - Selected Ambient Works Volume 2 (not 1) is a good choice. Celtic Cross if you don't like the others is a pretty good choice. |

I reccomend the book Anna Karenina by Tolstoy. if that wont make u fall asleep then I dont know what will....
