ehheheh, it's a good question , the question i m asking since a few...
i did skateboarding during 8 years , especially street and mini....It was an important way in my life , because it permit us ( friends ) to travel from town to town , having pleasure , and have a lot of patience to learn new tricks....It was a difficult hobby , but with a lot of work , it was fantastic ! i think it's the only one hobby that i respect a lot for his difficulty !!! 
A thing was funny because most of all skateboarders were listening hip hop , fusion , rock , metal .....and i was already listening electronic music....not trance but techno....
I do snowbarding when i could , bodyboard and longboard....
it's really exciting listening psytrance on a snowboard , especially on powder.....pfff it's an absolut freedom !!!! lol
  All I need is beautiful melodies...

I´m a skateboarder, too.
didn´t skate a lot the past few years, but still love it
one thing that makes me wondering is that skateboarding went through he same stupid evolution from a very interesting underground thing with a lot of spirit and punk attitude to a commercial trendy consumption thing.............
as if everything i love finally gets perverted and sold out 
but to get positive again - imo skateboarduing and (real) psychedelic music both are playgrounds of experimentation and creativity
would be cool to bring that together |

Hehe same here bro that's why i started this topic casue i been away from skateboarding like 3 years and i just got back my love for this thing , now that i work and earn more bucks i can afford to buy me some new board and start doing 360Flips again!!!
I just love skateboarding and what better that throw some tricks with trance in your earss°°!!

that´s actually one of the main reasons for not sakteboarding a lot the past few years...
now i also work since 2 months and so i´ll also be able to buy a nice deck again and do fat fs-halfcab-kickflips or smith grinds or crooked grinds or whatever |

I've always been into the skate/snow boarding thing, ever since I used to ride around on my first skatebaord back in the late 80's . . !
I've been seriously into snowbaording since a mate of mine showed me the fun of deep fluff and mountain air.... always the greatest way to enjoy life, hurtling down through the trees and rocks without a care in the world. . I've had some special/ spiritual encounters with this sport, it really has a unique way of loving life to the fullest
And you know, even though I've hit 30, my skate boarding days are still alive; I went for a skate yesterday on my longboard down by the beach in Brighton with some buddies, soaking up the sun and the ladies . .

I am 28, and have been skateboading for the last 20 years. Rodney Mullen was my childhood hero.
I have slown down and am more cautious, but I still skate mini-ramps and concrete parks occasionally.
Becareful skatng under the influence or drugs, alchol or PSYTRANCE. I was skating a park in Adelaide, listening to a Neurobiotics compilaiton on a mini disc, after puffing the ganja and drinking VB on christmas day a few years ago...and I slammed and cracked my ribs and ruined the MD player!!!
Streetskating was my first experience getting "high". SKATE OR DIE!

i practiced skateboarding about 4 years, we used to skate with pragmatix, which now is one of the few argentinian producers
reinaldo from shwe dagon (curitiba, brazil) used to be a pro skater
basically i think that all the "alternative" trends tend to go to the psychedelic site.
here in argentina most of the people that come to the parties used to go to the same hiphop/skate/hardcore/numetal/ stuff i used to go. the good thing is that you see all kind of freaks dancing to the same music, which was something that was impossible back then.
so yeah psytrance and skateboarding definitely have something to do

...and do you guys still wear the proper skate stuff, or u r more into psywear, or combined?
I mean for the skate scene is the clothink quite important (IMHO), to have a good shoes at least.
And as well for the psy freaks theyr clothink is very special.
Its pretty good to c so many psyskaters )

Janue try sandsurfing!!!
its a best alternative to the snowboarbing
also surfing is gr8 fun and less painfull than skateboarding
